Limon is a spacious studio apartment that is functional for all travelers -- solo, couples or a small group. Complete with king bed, private bathroom, outdoor balcony space, and fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a sofa that can also be used as a bed. All of the units at Buddha include A/C, Wifi and a smart TV. The unit is located steps away from the main road that takes you to the beach, grocery stores, surf rentals, ATMs, restaurants and more! The space The layout of Limon feels much larger than your average studio in town and our location is unbeatable for those looking to stay close to the beach. The apartment includes a King size bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area that can be used for an extra guest. The kitchen is also fully equipped, including: blender, coffee maker, standard refrigerator, gas stove and toaster oven. There is also an outdoor balcony space that is perfect for dining, relaxing or working if needed. Guest access Guests have access to the property garden space and are welcome to use outdoor shower to the left after entering. For lounging, we ask that you stay in your space out of respect for other guests. GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LAUNDRY AREA Other things to note Please be aware that our location is nested between local families and businesses. Vid ankomst möttes vi av kackerlackor vid entrén, spindlar i kök och badrum samt både levande och döda myror på golv och diskbänkar. Köket och köksutrustningen var i mycket dåligt skick, kastruller hade vita beläggningar och tallrikar, skärbräda och stekpannor hade kvar matrester, vilket gjorde att vi valde att äta ute trots inköpt mat. Sängkläderna var fläckiga och hade mycket hår i sig. Uteplatsen var tyvärr obrukbar då det fanns flera getingbon precis ovanför bordet. Boendet är också mycket lyhört med trafik, närliggande verksamhet och tuppar som låter från tidig morgon, men detta var inte det största problemet. Vi tog upp våra synpunkter med värden som gjorde en extra städning, bytte sängkläder och sköljde disken, vilket uppskattades. Tyvärr kvarstod smuts, bland annat i badrum och på flera köksredskap. Det är synd, då lägenheten har potential. Läget är bra med närhet till strand och mataffär och området kändes tryggt. Förhoppningsvis kan detta ses som konstruktiv feedback.

Good location. A/c was very weak and it was cooler outside than inside the apartment. No toilet paper or soap. They sent toilet paper after I asked but didn’t send soap. Saw a roach in the bathroom and kitchen but to be fair it is a tropical country.

faith was such a lovely host who was there for you 24/7. The apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious. Especially the bed was so amazing and big, and we loved the fact that there was hot water (in contrast to other airbnb's that we visited). We expected a bit more of Santa Teresa itself because the locals said swimming is dangerous because of the current, rocks and waves. Also, it's not really a suitable place for beginner surfers.

Amazing apartment! Right near by the beach, grocery store & medial assistance if needed. The neighbours can on the other side of the road can be a bit loud during the weekend but it quiet after 10pm, so no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this place for solo nomands & entrepreneurs stay with a partner or by them selvs. Internet was super good! Cant wait to be back! 😊

This apartment is very well located, in the center of Playa Carmen. Fay is very responsive and helpful. Lots of restaurants around! Be aware the apartment is in the middle of the center of town, a bit of noise is to be expected as there is a atv rentals close, and neighbours who like to play music. Other than that this apartment is exactly what you need!

We had a great stay at Faith’s place. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Easy to find, and super easy checking in and out. It also felt very safe. Can 100% recommend as you are close to everything in town, and a short walk to the beach. Faith also replied fast and gave us the information we needed if we had any questions.😊
