Upon arrival, we were greeted by cockroaches at the entrance, spiders in the kitchen and bathroom and both live and dead ants on floors and sinks. The kitchen and kitchen equipment were in very poor condition, pots had white coatings and plates, cutting boards and frying pans had leftover food, which meant that we chose to eat out despite having purchased food. The bedding was stained and had a lot of hair in it. Unfortunately, the patio was unusable as there were several wasp nests just above the table. The accommodation is also very sensitive to traffic, nearby activities and roosters that sound from early morning, but this was not the biggest problem. We raised our concerns with the host who did an extra cleaning, changed bed linens and washed the dishes, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, dirt remained, including in bathrooms and on several kitchen utensils. It's a shame, because the apartment has potential. The location is great with proximity to the beach and grocery store and the area felt safe. Hopefully, this can be seen as constructive feedback.

Good location. A/c was very weak and it was cooler outside than inside the apartment. No toilet paper or soap. They sent toilet paper after I asked but didn’t send soap. Saw a roach in the bathroom and kitchen but to be fair it is a tropical country.
