The Space

The home is located within a peaceful residential community near the beach and local attractions. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay surrounded by nature, with 24/7 security and daily housekeeping included.

Kitchen and Living Areas

The bright, open-concept kitchen and living room flow directly onto the deck and infinity pool. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light while showcasing the surrounding views.

The fully stocked kitchen includes:

• Fresh Costa Rican coffee
• A kitchen island
• All essential cooking equipment

Bedrooms

The house has five elegant bedrooms, four of which include ensuite bathrooms. Master Bedroom 1 features a king bed and two showers, including an outdoor shower. Master Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a detached bathroom.

Bedrooms 3–5 are located downstairs and offer flexible layouts suitable for families and groups of friends.

First Floor

• Room 1: King bed
• Room 2: King bed and sofa bed

Ground Level

• Room 3: Queen bed
• Room 4: Double bed and bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top
• Room 5: Queen bed

Room 5 is detached from the main house and must be accessed from outside.

Bathrooms

Each bathroom is designed for comfort and includes:

• Pool towels
• Toiletries
• Eco-friendly body soap
• Shampoo and conditioner

Game Room

The ground level includes a spacious game room with a pool table and impressive beach views. A rolling gate opens the room to the outdoor area, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

Outdoor Areas

The outdoor deck features an infinity pool with jets, a barbecue grill, and a dining area, making it well suited for entertaining and enjoying meals outdoors.

The top-floor terrace includes lounge chairs and expansive views, providing a relaxing setting for evenings.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the property, except for the laundry area, which is reserved for onsite staff. You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy the rest of the residence.
