By mid- to late afternoon, the backyard becomes shaded and cool, creating a comfortable setting for enjoying the evening breeze.

The surrounding area is home to a variety of native wildlife, including:

• The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic office chair.
• The third bedroom is designed for children and includes a bunk bed with a queen-sized bottom bunk and a twin-sized top bunk, along with its own workspace and ergonomic office chair.
• All bedrooms have blackout curtains to help block out heat and light at any time of day.
