Richard, we are very surprised to see this review.  Windy season occurs in Costa Rica and despite having weekly pool service who would come back for issues, it is dry season and dry leaves are blown off the mountain during this time period.  This is nature.  The house is very private but it is a community and we do have neighbors. We did not hear any issues from you during your stay as we could have easily fixed the screen door.  We try really hard to provide a 5 star experience but we can’t always satisfy everyone with unrealistic expectations, especially for items outside of our control and not being given an opportunity to fix anything.
