The Space

Villa Aura offers a distinctive, relaxing environment surrounded by local beauty. Explore crystalline cenotes, parks, tropical cuisine, mariachi bands, and tequila during your stay.

The home provides ample space with four bedrooms:

• Three bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.
• The fourth bedroom is an open room on the third floor with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
• One bedroom includes a smart television for relaxing after a day of exploring Tulum’s natural and cultural attractions.

The fully furnished kitchenette includes:

• Refrigerator
• Blender
• Coffee maker

A six-person dining table provides a comfortable space for family and friends to enjoy meals together.

Layout

The house has three levels:

• The first level includes the kitchenette, dining area, and a half bathroom. It also opens onto a back garden where you can relax, enjoy a beer, and barbecue local food.
• The second level contains the bedrooms.
• The third level features a small living room and open space, along with direct access to the private rooftop pool.

A parking space is available inside the complex, directly in front of the house.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the condominium’s common areas and complimentary internet service throughout those areas.

You will be immersed in lush jungle surroundings, with birdsong, fresh breezes, and occasional sightings of butterflies, geckos, ants, mosquitoes, and other local wildlife. Every effort is made to keep nature at bay, but these elements are part of Tulum’s authentic environment.

Water and Electricity

Utilities in the area are limited, valuable, and costly. Brief interruptions may occasionally occur, but they are usually restored quickly and rarely affect your stay.

Please help conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when they are not in use. This helps protect the environment and prevents additional electricity charges.

Drainage System

Tulum’s drainage system connects directly to the aquifer that supplies its cenotes and jungle. Please do not flush paper or foreign objects down the toilet.

Use the provided waste bins to help protect the water, prevent contamination, and preserve Tulum’s natural environment.

Development in the Area

Tulum continues to grow, and light noise from the surrounding area may occasionally be heard during the day. Evenings remain peaceful, allowing you to enjoy quiet nights beneath the jungle sky.
