The Space

This two-bedroom apartment is situated in Villas Xihu, a small neighborhood surrounded by abundant nature in the peaceful town of Esterillos Oeste, just south of Jaco. It offers a comfortable retreat for your Costa Rican vacation, featuring air conditioning in every room, high-speed internet, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment accommodates up to five guests. On the right side, the master bedroom includes a full-size bed, an air conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, two nightstands with lamps, and a small open closet for hanging clothes. On the left, the guest bedroom contains a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top, along with an air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, one nightstand with a lamp, and a small open closet.

Between the two bedrooms, there is a shared detached bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, and a hot water shower. The bathroom provides towels, face washcloths, and environmentally friendly soap.

The living area features a 42-inch TV, ceiling fans, a comfortable sofa, and a coffee table. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a dining table. The front porch offers an open terrace, parking space for up to two cars, and access to a laundry room.

The kitchen includes:

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and the laundry room, which is shared with an attached apartment on the left side of the duplex. The storage area on the right side is reserved for the owner and is not accessible.

Additional Information

This property is one of the few in the area with its own water well, ensuring a reliable water supply throughout your stay. It also features a brand-new UV water filtration system, allowing you to safely drink tap water.
