Guests have full access to the Secret Jaco Boutique Hotel kitchen, viewing and entertainment room, as well as the balcony, pool, jacuzzi, and sun lounger areas. These spaces are shared with other hotel guests and the hotel manager.

The outdoor terrace on the 10th floor features a double hammock for relaxing while enjoying magnificent views of Jaco Beach. The balcony includes a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with a beachfront view, as well as enjoying drinks at sunset.
