Shalequa Stayed in the Most Prestigious Penthouse Apartment in Jaco for 4 Nights and never complained once about anything, she was given 24 hour support, offered extra cleaning and was very happy throughout her entire stay. The Guest Suite has a Queen Sized Bed as Advertised and the Guest Suite was sparking clean and fully stocked with Toilet Paper, Shampoo and a Full Mini Bar Paper Towels are also in the kitchen. No Ants were reported or seen before, during or after her stay. We operate to the Highest Standards of Cleanliness and Quality and that's why Shalequa gave us a 5 Star Review. Andrew, in over 1100 Guests your the ONLY person who could not turn a light switch on! Your in a 5 Star Penthouse and all lights work perfectly there are no malfunctions. The guest before you AND after you had NO ISSUE turning the lounge lights on. The light switches for the lounge and bar are located beside the fridge with the lounge air conditioner control and they are all CLEARLY  labeled! All you had to do to turn them on is touch the switch, not very hard or technical amigo. Jaco is a holiday town so as a exceptional host we give guests all the information to enjoy it. In 7 years your the first guest to complain we gave you too much information. Have an awesome day. PURA Vida
