Alta Vista is an eight-bedroom villa just steps from an idyllic white-sand beach and tranquil turquoise waters. The kitchen, dining area, and living room offer captivating sea views from the moment you enter the villa’s common areas.

A full-time chef is included for all meals, along with butler service.

The Space

Alta Vista features eight suites, each with a large private bathroom. Some bathrooms include both showers and bathtubs.

Due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.

Guest Access

The entire villa is private to the group renting the property. Everything shown in the photos is completely private.

Services Included

  • Guests may not bring their own groceries into the villa without prior permission.

Additional Information and Policies

• A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 USD in cash is required upon arrival, or guests may pay a non-refundable $199 USD insurance fee by credit card before arrival.
• During the Christmas and New Year festive period, cancellations made within 125 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• Additional guests exceeding double occupancy, for a total of 17 to 22 guests, are charged $75 USD plus taxes per guest, per night.
• Children aged five and under stay free of charge.
• Day passes are available for $50 USD per person, per day.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Pets are accepted with prior approval; additional fees apply.
• Shorter stays may be possible for an additional nightly fee.
• Guests may not bring their own pre-stocked supplies or alcohol. Additional fees may apply.
• Events are welcome with prior approval. Additional fees apply; please inquire directly for a quote.
• Strict quiet hours apply in the community after 10:00 p.m. Loud music is not permitted, and penalties for noncompliance may apply.
• A 3% service fee is included in the rate.
• Outside staff may not be brought onto the property under any circumstances unless pre-authorized by Maya Luxe.
