Hans was very nice and gave us a great stay with a lot of flexibility. Its facilities are very clean or quiet and getting to the center is easy on foot and the car is safe in the place.

Wonderful time. The view, the garden, the birds, butterflies, flowers, sky, sacred rain. Marvelous huge pool, perfect water, surroundings. Just a necessary walk distance to ocean. Right there, at the beginning of all action. Great deal. Highly recommended!

The view of the sea from our terrace was really nice. This was a very nice hotel, but at least a basic cleaning of the rooms and minor renovations would certainly be good. We did not feel so comfortable - which is of course also subjective. Most of all bothered me that the bedroom didn't have any windows outside (only to a narrow dark hallway with air conditioners) and that some of them didn't really look clean in the kitchen, among other things. It would have been nice if there were such basic things in the kitchen as oil, salt, pepper,... (as in most other AirBnB's too). The air conditioners on the terraces were very noisy (okay, they are old - but good). The hotel would have potential - without the barracks and the clutter on the terrace by the pool, instead tables and chairs under the roof & cool drinks at the counter, awning, lights in the evening ... In case of a problem in our room, Hans immediately provided a remedy.

Very good location and view. All in good condition. Check-in can be a little more flexible and the kitchen utensils posted were not in a total.
