We went to the Hyrox Acapulco and the location was excellent. Everything was very clean and the amenities were excellent. The place has several pools and its own beach club, so everything was very convenient in one place. I definitely recommend it :)

Heidi's service was very good. The apartment is amazing with sunset views from the terrace. The apartment was very clean and cozy. They were very flexible with the schedules. Carmen was very friendly and returned the full deposit to us. The apartment is luxurious, but the condominium rules and rules for the common areas are very strict. The pool police are not flexible; they even make up rules that are not in the written regulations. A police officer threatened to fine us for putting on sunscreen in the pool in front of the restaurant. She even told us that we couldn't be shirtless in some areas of the pool. They filed a complaint against us for taking our dogs up to the 9th floor by elevator. According to the rules, you have to take the dogs up and down 9 floors using the stairs, and this is difficult to follow. They threatened to fine us 9,000 pesos for that. In the end, we weren't fined, but it's very annoying that the police are harassing you.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. It matches the photos in the listing. Yes, I would recommend it. It's a plus that each room has its own bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with clean bedding and comfortable pillows. Only the door to one room wouldn't close. I would have liked to have known beforehand that pets cannot use the elevator, and since it was on the 9th floor, it was a bit difficult to take them up and down the stairs. The apartment is very beautiful and well maintained. The furniture is in perfect condition. They gave it to me impeccable and clean in all areas. The bed linens were clean and freshly washed. The location is great and my family really enjoyed the amenities of the residential complex as well as the beach access. They were attentive to my stay at all times and helped me with all my questions. We enjoyed every day to the fullest and we will definitely come back whenever we can!
