The Space
Villa Leah is a charming beach house located in the exclusive Guanacaste resort, Hacienda Pinilla. The house overlooks the golf course and features modern amenities typical of a beach house.

Guest Access
During their stay, guests will have free access to the gym within the Los Almendros community. Our goal is to make guests feel at home and enjoy a pleasant stay. Guests can also utilize the amenities offered by Hacienda Pinilla, including:
- Beach club
- 18-hole golf course
- Tennis courts
- Pickleball courts
- Mountain biking trails
Beaches, surfing, and much more are all available in one place. We offer free concierge service for our guests. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional cost and requires prior request. Catering services, a private chef, fishing tours, scuba diving, horseback riding, ATV tours, and catamaran trips can also be arranged. We can assist with transportation to and from Liberia Daniel Oduber Airport and San Jose Juan Santa Maria Airport, as well as car rental.
Amenities
To access the Beach Club, our house has a membership for which guests only need to pay a $10 fee that can be used the same day at the bar or restaurant. Golf courses, tennis courts, and other amenities are available for an additional fee.

- Diamond Eco Adventure Park (zip lining, animal sanctuary with sloths, ATV tour, horseback riding)

Excellent, a house with a great location and interior layout, especially for a nice time with family and friends. It has a spectacular pool and a magnificent view of the golf course and nature! We'll be back as soon as possible!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great and the surrounding community is so beautiful. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. We also enjoyed having access to the golf cart and beach club where we enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

The house, pool, and rooms were all very nice and we had a good stay overall. Just a couple of things to consider: the access road is quite dusty, and there are no nearby stores for basic items like drinks or snacks, so it’s better to arrive prepared.

Loved this house. It is beautiful, and the location opposite the golf course is amazing. The house is very nice and comfortable, and the pool is spectacular. I also really liked that it has access to the beach club; that was a huge plus for my stay. Also, the option to rent a golf cart is very convenient for getting around the area. This time, I came alone for work, but it's definitely a perfect house to come with family. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Our first time in Costa Rica we absolutely loved our week long stay and did not want to leave. Paula, Gidget and concierge Marcelo made our vacation truly amazing. They helped us with everything from activity and dinner reservations to transportation. The house is gorgeous in a perfect location and we enjoyed everything Hacienda Pinilla has to offer! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful villa!!! Paula and Gid hosted part of our first time vacation in Costa Rica. They made our stay incredible, pleasant, and unforgettable. The house is super cute, extremely clean, looks fresh and smells amazing. We really loved Hacienda Pinilla! The entire area is gorgeous, safe and surrounded by nature. The house backyard is a breathtaking paradise…Paula and Gid, we want to express our thanks. The lodging and attention made our vacation incredible. Gracias chicas! We are definitely coming back!!!
