The Space

The open-concept living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen create a seamless shared space. Relax on the living room furniture while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV, or prepare meals using the stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Dining options include the breakfast bar and wooden dining table.
The spacious, sun-filled bedrooms feature soft linens and air conditioning, which is also available in the living room. Each bathroom includes a walk-in shower and circular sink. A private washer and dryer add convenience during your stay.
Outdoor Areas
Enjoy the tropical breeze from the balcony, patio, or swaying hammock. Guests also have access to a shared turquoise pool.

We didn't have internet for the two nights we were there. The rate seems high to me for check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. Basically, if you're staying for 2 nights, you're only paying for 1 day, which is worth it. They didn't solve anything for us, and we needed the internet for work. Certain amenities were not available, such as oil, salt and pepper. The house was dirty. We found toys, and we didn't have children with us. There was someone else's fake nail on the floor, a blanket with menstrual stains, stained walls, and dust under the beds. If I could attach photos, I would, but I don't know if it's possible. There were 2 doors that didn't close properly. Communication is very slow. On Saturdays, they don't respond by email, and the 3 contact numbers they provide don't work. I'm quite unhappy with what happened. In my opinion, I won't go back.

The house itself was excellent: beautiful, comfortable, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, well-maintained grounds, comfortable beds, and a large pool area with plenty of seating. Its location was also ideal, close to the pool without being right next to it.Unfortunately, our experience with Vacasa was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were denied entry because Vacasa had not properly coordinated the required QR code. The issue was only resolved when the security guard realized the code had been sent directly to him.The first night, only one of the three bedroom air conditioners worked. I reported the issue immediately and spent time troubleshooting with support, but the problem was not followed up until two days later. I eventually found my own workaround. I also reported that the internet was not functioning. A local team was scheduled to visit but never arrived. The next day, the cable TV stopped working as well. Despite repeated reports, communication became inconsistent and no one came

Everything was excellent! The place is just as shown in the photos. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a good time. The rooms are clean and ready for you to rest. The kitchen has all the utensils so you don't have to worry about anything. Perfect location and private, close to downtown Jaco and the beach. The manager was always attentive to our concerns and was willing to resolve those that required his help. This place is highly recommended by our family... James D.V

Great location - only 10 minute walk to the beach! We had a great 3 week stay here enjoying the area and the amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ciudad Del Mar in Jaco. The facility was safe and great for families. There are many amenities on the property including two pools, ping pong, mini golf, basketball and soccer areas. We were disappointed that the gym was only accessible to owners not vacationing guests but this was the only downside to our stay. Parking for one to two vechiles was a plus as well. The full-size kitchen with all utensils, pots, and pans, made cooking easy. Kitchen also included a toaster oven, microwave, and coffee pot. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to return soon!
