Amazing

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Privada for our company offsite. We’re a fully remote team of 10, and the property was the perfect setting for both focused collaboration and meaningful time together. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably maintained. It was actually a great setting for an offsite, with plenty of room for team sessions during the day, and the pool and beach access to unwind and brainstorm over long walks. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff though. The butler - Valentin - the chef, and concierge were outstanding - attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Every meal was delicious, and every request was handled seamlessly. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. I have stayed at nice AirBnBs across the world, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Privada for a team retreat, family gathering, or special celebration - a truly special place!

An Unforgettable Family Stay in Tulum. Our entire family stayed at this villa in Tulum, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a relaxed bohemian style that perfectly matched the setting. The beach was incredible — white sand, clear turquoise water, and absolutely breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. The villa felt very private and secure, being gated right off the main road. What truly made this trip extraordinary, though, was the villa crew. Charlie, our chef, created delicious, creative meals using local ingredients, and every meal felt special. We also had dietary restrictions (low protein and gluten), and he handled everything flawlessly — making sure everyone felt included, cared for, and never worried. Valentin and Sabrina were absolutely amazing. They catered to our every need with such warmth and joy-from morning lattes to spicy margaritas -our favorite! Their hospitality elevated our experience!

Amazing!! The house itself and the overall property was gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The staff were just superb. Kaitlyn helped with all planning and reservation needs. Chef Charlie’s food and service were top notch (better than restaurants!). Pablo’s drinks, proactiveness, and service quality were impeccable. The team went out of their way to make our experience great. Would absolutely recommend this property!

LocoLuxury created an outstanding experience and space for our group. The concierge and staff were extremely accommodating, professional, and courteous. We will absolutely be staying with this group again and couldn't be happier with everything they did for us! Far more than just a place to stay, this place brings a stay in Tulum to the next level.

Great service, amazing location and the whole experience was beyond more than I can imagine. Pablo is the nicest person ever. He's very attentive and proactive as well. Pablo would always check with us to see if we were okay, would let us know when he's leaving. Such a caring person. Chef Charlie prepared a great menu and everything tasted as if we were at a restaurant. Our group was very large so they hired Fredrico also, he was just as amazing as Pablo. Kaitlyn is the host and she's can move mountains if you needed. We had small bumps with the reservations at Rosa Negra but she's solution oriented so everything gets fixed fast. To top if off, we didn't know we were staying around sea turtles. At night we got to see baby sea turtles hatch and then we had wild life rescuers come get them. But it was awesome to see sea turtles so close by. When in Tulum, this is the place to be honestly. We are walking distance to Taboo, and so many other restaurants/bars. Great staff and team!

We had an amazing time for our friend's bachelor party. Kaitlyn was great from the beginning until the end, helping us with every single details of our trip there, including recommendations and booking for clubs, restaurants, boats and transportation (including from and back to the airport). Charlie 's food and cocktails were excellent. He and JP went out of their way to take good care of us. The villa itself is perfectly located on the beach and walking distance to some of the main clubs and restaurants. Absolutely recommend and will come back.

This was an incredible experience. Came with a large group and everyone was comfortable throughout the entirety of the stay. Bathrooms are large. Common areas are spacious. Perfect location within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Multiple pools and direct beach access. The private chef and butler were indispensable, providing us with restaurant quality meals and great tips and leads for the local area. Undoubtedly, the best AirBnb experience I've ever had.
