Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed many of the property’s amenities. The rooftop and lower-level pools were excellent, the pickleball courts were a lot of fun, and the portable speaker and projector were great additions for our group. The housekeeping staff and concierge were friendly, responsive, and helpful, quickly providing extra bath towels, pickleballs, and paper towels when requested. There were, however, several maintenance issues. The A/C stopped working in multiple rooms, the power went out several times (as the host had noted could happen), the Wi-Fi was unavailable for several hours, and there was no running tap water for part of our stay. If these reliability issues are addressed, this would be an even better place to stay.

The place was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Wish they had more hands and baking sheet options for cooking.
