The Space

Casa Sarita is a three-story luxury home featuring five bedrooms and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The property includes a brand-new infinity pool, a patio, and a yoga deck. Nestled in a private jungle setting, the home offers close encounters with Costa Rica’s native wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, and toucans.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress and an en suite bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where three additional vibrant bedrooms each have king beds and share a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. The third floor features the fifth bedroom and opens onto a terrace with ocean views, a hammock, and a mini-fridge. This terrace is an ideal spot to enjoy Costa Rica’s famous sunsets.

The home is fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, including a complete kitchen with major appliances. Air conditioning is provided through individual units in each bedroom and a large split system in the main living and kitchen area. Additional amenities include cable TV and Wi-Fi. Grand vaulted ceilings and arched windows allow sea breezes and the relaxing sounds of the jungle and ocean to fill the space.

Outdoor Features

The outdoor area offers ample space with off-street parking for two vehicles. The patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, a dining table, sun loungers, and the new jungle infinity pool and yoga deck. Wildlife sightings such as monkeys, sloths, and various birds are common from this area.

Casa Sarita is situated just one mile from Manuel Antonio National Park and Espadilla Beach. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Manuel Antonio’s shops, bars, and restaurants. The world-renowned national park and beach are only a five-minute drive away.

The property is in a gated, private neighborhood with security patrols after dark. Taxis and buses are readily available on the nearby main road for guests who prefer not to rent a vehicle.

Guests receive a warm welcome from a local concierge who can assist with transportation arrangements, grocery delivery, hiring an in-home chef, restaurant reservations, tours, and other vacation planning needs.
