Excellent stay, wonderful host

Loved the space. The host always responded within SECONDS. What an amazing team. Careful leaving food out because lots of friendly raccoons love to pass by. You’re in a jungle so bring bug spray. But they provided the most important things including potable water! I’d definitely say to bring cups though. They had someone who reached out to us to help us with the concierge aspect of the trip. AMAZING!!! She was incredible loved the trip thank you to Ivo, enrique and all of the crew who helped us

The location was breathtaking. However, it is a humid location and mosquitoes were at its peek. Mosquito repellents candles would have been helpful during our stay.

Very nice place and Enrique and his Staff are great hosts. All the time were in touch in case that we needed anything. Deffinetely I would stay at this property again and again. I rate this as excellent place to stay in every single way.

Enrique’s place was an amazing space for my family and I! We stayed in all eight bedrooms, and we had the community kitchen all to ourselves. The natural touches to each space was a dream! The staff was extremely considerate, hospitable and very sweet. Being so close to the beach was absolutely divine. We look forward to returning soon again to stay there. We are Absolutely grateful to have stayed at Enrique’s Place.

This place was amazing and perfect for our group! Casa Coyote is a unique property where everyone has their own private room and bathroom. Everything was super clean, comfortable, and a great value. I appreciate them being so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The restaurant out front is great and it's super close to beaches, fun retail, coffee shops, and amazing day clubs and restaurants. I can't thank everyone enough for their hospitality.

The place was great, we had 9 people stay and it felt very comfortable. Dante and the rest of the staff were also very helpful and the ac worked great. The only comment I have is that the chairs in the dinning room are not very comfortable and the kitchen could use an upgrade.

One of the biggest highlights of my bachelorette trip to Tulum was Hotel Casa Coyote! That is in great part thanks to Dante. Dante was so incredibly helpful and responsive, and went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed in a very timely manner. This streamlined our experience and allowed us to focus on the fun. The facilities themselves are beautiful—a very immersive jungle experience. The rooms are beautiful and it was amazing to have that whole section of the hotel to ourselves. The attached restaurant, LOCO Tulum, will include breakfast with your stay if you pay the with-breakfast rate, and the food there is quite good. Our group especially enjoyed the smoothies. The location is perfect if you are trying to spend time at the local upscale party-focused restaurants and beach clubs. We went to Casa Jaguar, Gitano, Bagatelle, and Taboo. We recommend all highly except for Casa Jaguar, which we would advise you to avoid. Regardless, all of these places were 5-15 minutes by taxi. Bring cash, as the service near the hotel is not very good (so the card readers don’t work), and not all drivers are willing to connect to the hotel wifi. Dante arranged several taxis for us and they were all outside waiting at least 10 minutes before our departure time, which was great. Dante was also able to give us some advice on our recreational plans that was much appreciated. Some things to note about the hotel: the water is brackish salt water, which can dry you out a little, but is more eco friendly. The stairs in the courtyard up to several of the rooms are a bit perilous during the day and definitely at night as it gets quite dark. The air turns off from 2-5 PM (we just made plans so we were out at that time every day so was not an issue at all). Finally, you are in the jungle and this is an eco hotel, you can expect a few critters here and there. Definitely bring bug spray, and watch your step at night, as we did have a scorpion encounter in the courtyard. Overall, we already want to return to Hotel Casa Coyote and will keep it in mind in the future. Dante was incredibly patient and understanding with us, and made sure that anything we needed help with or his contribution for (ex: issues with the plumbing in one of the rooms) was responded to in a very timely manner.
