Excellent stay, wonderful host

Casa Coyote was good enough for our group and in a nice area of the Hotel Beach Zone in Tulum. Communication with the host and concierge was really what made this stay better than average. They helped us make transportation, beach club and restaurant reservations. And they fixed all issues (such as the AC and some non-working outlets) as quickly as possible. The kitchen could use a few updates (more flatware and a closed lid garbage bin). It is open to the outside, so we had nightly raccoon visits. We didn’t use the pool area since it was far away from the house and not actually private.
