Floor-to-ceiling Sea of Cortez views and full-length balconies define this beachfront penthouse. The 4BR condo sleeps 8 and offers private beach access, a pool, three hot tubs, and surf spots in San José del Cabo.
The Space
Upon entering, you are welcomed by the sparkling blue Sea of Cortez, visible from your new home overlooking some of Baja’s finest surf spots. The condo features balconies that stretch along the entire top floor of the A building at Las Olas, offering breathtaking views in both directions along Costa Azul.
Las Olas is situated on one of the few swimmable beaches in the area, allowing you to take a dip in the warm waters at any time. You can also unwind by the recently remodeled pool and hot tubs.
Please message me before booking stays between August 1st and October 15th. This period is when the homeowners association (HOA) permits remodeling and repairs on the property, which may result in some noise Monday through Friday during business hours. No work will be conducted inside our condo during your stay.
This beachfront penthouse condo occupies the entire top floor of the A building and includes:
- 4 spacious bedrooms, each with private or semi-private bathrooms
- 3.5 bathrooms in total
- Fully furnished pool area
- 3 hot tubs
- Private beach access to one of the few swimmable beaches nearby
The interior combines sleek and rustic furnishings designed to evoke a beachy, artistic vibe inspired by the San Jose del Cabo area. The front of the condo is lined with balconies furnished for lounging and dining, all overlooking the Las Olas property and the Sea of Cortez.
Additionally, there is a large private deck equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing while enjoying the ocean view. An elevator provides direct access to the 6th-floor condo.
For surfers, a ground-floor surf locker is available, making it convenient to store boards and walk directly to the beach to enjoy the excellent surf in front of Las Olas.

Las Olas is located on Costa Azul, offering direct access to a rare swimmable beach in the area and some of the best surf spots in Baja.
Other Things to Note
- Guests are required to review the property rules with every reservation.
- An occupancy card must be completed and submitted to the HOA before arrival. This card requires the names of all guests, contact information, and the ages of any children.
- The HOA counts infants toward the maximum occupancy, which is limited to 8 guests total, including infants.
- Airbnb does not count infants (children under 2) toward occupancy, so please be aware that bookings exceeding 8 guests including infants may be canceled or require booking an additional condo.
- Multiple condos are available on the property. For larger groups, please contact me as I may offer discounts for renting multiple units if available.
- A damage deposit will be held by Airbnb.
- The HOA strictly prohibits children under 13 years old from using the hot tubs and enforces this rule rigorously.

We loved our time in Cabo. We booked the penthouse because it fit our entire family. There was plenty of space, bathrooms and beds. The air conditioning works well, thankfully. Each room has its own ac. Large living room and kitchen and 3 balconies. Great for cooking and dining. We rented surfboards from costa azul surf shop and stored them in the board locker. Good food nearby. Zippers is expensive but right on the water and within walking distance. There is a pizza truck near the freeway underpass. Pizzas are personal and about $10. We used the 3 hot tubs daily. Pool is amazing. Very relaxing. Not too crowded this time of year. We surfed most days and went snorkeling when flat right outside the condo. We plan to return. Stefani our host was very helpful and accommodating to our requests.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had an amazing time. We we're a party of 4 adults and 4 kids (9, 10, 12 and 15). Everyone learned to surf. The view from the penthouse was great. The kitchen was well appointed with two large grocery stores a 5 min drive away. The grounds were well kept with security guards on site that were helpful with local recommendations. If you're able to stay while the Thursday night Art Walk is happening in SJC than I would suggest hitting it up about 30 mins before the sun sets. The shops in that area are great and the restaurants had amazing food and service. The overall vibe of this location was "chill", no rush, no pressure. We felt very safe traveling and being out in public with the kids. Our son is on the spectrum and can get overwhelmed when he's overheated and all the staff/servers made him feel comfortable and assisted as needed to help ensure we all had a good time. We're looking forward to our next stay. CABO 2026

We loved our stay at Las Olas! The views are unbeatable, gorgeous from every view. The condo was comfortable with lots of space and everything we needed for the beach, to cook, and to just relax. Staying in San Jose Del Cabo was the perfect getaway for our family of six. Stephany was very responsive, helpful and gave us lots of great insider tips. Totally recommend!

In my opinion this location is unmatched in the area. It sits directly in front of one of the two safe places to swim in the entire area and one of the best surf breaks as well (depending on season). The HOA seems to be doing a great job maintaining the property - we saw cleaners constantly touching up areas. The condo is a a penthouse that occupies the entire top floor of the building and the unit itself has a spacious floor plan and easily accommodates up to 8 people (we were 4). And the VIEW is truly breathtaking. We had whale shows every day. We LOVED the property - what wasn’t up to par were the bedding, cookware and glassware, it’s all very used/old and lacking - it’s time for a very inexpensive and way overdue update.
