When you open the door the sparkling blue Sea of Cortez will greet you to your new home overlooking some of the best surf spots in Baja. With balconies spanning the entirety of our condo which extends across the entire top floor of the A building of Las Olas, become lost within stunning views extending both directions down Costa Azul. Take a dip in the warm waters below @ anytime as Las Olas is located on one of the few swimming beaches in the area or relax by newly remodeled pool & hot tubs The space PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. Therefore, there could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo during your stay. Our 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beachfront condo and deck covers the entire top floor of the A building of Las Olas. Las Olas boasts a fully furnished pool area, 3 hot tubs and private beach access to one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. You can explore the area or sit back and enjoy the view on one of our private balconies overlooking the ocean. Our penthouse condo has sleek yet rustic furnishings selected to create a beachy yet artistic aesthetic celebrating the San Jose del Cabo local area. The entire front of the condo is lined with balconies with lounge and dining furniture, overlooking the Las Olas property and the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Our penthouse also has a large private deck area, equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing while enjoying the view. All 4 bedrooms are spacious with private or semi-private bathrooms. An elevator takes you up to our 6th floor condo. We also have a surf locker available for your use on the ground floor, making it easy to walk your board down to the beach and enjoy the incredible surf in front of Las Olas. Guest access Guests have access to a washer/dryer within the condo, small gym, parking, rooftop tennis court, pool & 3 hot tubs, wifi and more!! Other things to note We require our guests to review the rules of the property with every reservation. An occupancy card will need to be completed and submitted to our HOA prior to your stay. You will need to list the names of all guests, the best way to contact you, and the ages of any children. Our HOA counts infants towards the occupancy allowed in our condo. Therefore, we can only have 8 guests, including infants. Airbnb does not count infants (children under 2) towards occupancy so please be aware that it may allow you to book but we will have to cancel or book another condo in addition to ours for your group if it is beyond 8 including infants. We have multiple condos on the property, so if you have a larger group, please message me and I may be able to rent you multiple condos at a discount if there is availability. A damage deposit will also be held by AirBnB. Our HOA does not allow kids under 13 years old in the hot tubs. They are very strict about enforcing this rule.

## The Space

Upon entering, you are welcomed by the sparkling blue Sea of Cortez and breathtaking views of some of Baja's best surf spots. This top-floor penthouse condo occupies the entire sixth floor of the A building at Las Olas, featuring balconies that stretch across the entire front, offering panoramic vistas down Costa Azul in both directions.

The condo includes four spacious bedrooms, each with private or semi-private bathrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms in total. The interior combines sleek and rustic furnishings to create a beach-inspired, artistic atmosphere that celebrates the local San Jose del Cabo area.

A large private deck is furnished with lounge chairs, perfect for sunbathing while enjoying the ocean view. The condo also offers a surf locker on the ground floor for convenient board storage, making it easy to access the excellent surf right in front of Las Olas.

## Location and Outdoor Amenities

Las Olas is situated on one of the few swimmable beaches in the area, allowing you to take a dip in the warm waters at any time. The property features a fully furnished pool area, three hot tubs, and private beach access.

Additional outdoor facilities include a rooftop tennis court and parking for guests.

## Guest Access and Amenities

Guests have access to a washer and dryer located within the condo, a small gym, Wi-Fi, and all the outdoor amenities mentioned above.

An elevator provides direct access to the sixth-floor condo.

## Important Notes

- Please message before booking stays between August 1 and October 15. This period is when the homeowners association (HOA) permits remodeling and repairs on the property, which may result in some noise during regular business hours Monday through Friday. No work will be conducted inside this condo during your stay.

- Guests must review the property rules with each reservation.

- An occupancy card must be completed and submitted to the HOA before arrival. This form requires the names of all guests, contact information, and the ages of any children.

- The HOA counts infants toward the maximum occupancy, which is limited to eight guests total, including infants. Airbnb does not count children under two years old toward occupancy, so please be aware that if your group exceeds eight including infants, your reservation may be canceled or require booking an additional condo.

- Multiple condos are available on the property. For larger groups, please contact the host to inquire about renting multiple units at a discounted rate, subject to availability.

- A damage deposit will be held by Airbnb.

- Children under 13 years old are not permitted in the hot tubs, and this rule is strictly enforced by the HOA.
