3BR Luxury Villa in Hacienda Pinilla

Our three generation group of six had a terrific stay. The apartment was terrific. We loved listening to the birds in the morning, walking to the pool that was a minute away, and using the golf cart to explore the community. The kitchen was very well . The beach club is wonderful, and a great value at five dollars per person per day. Overall, the Hacienda Pinella resort community is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property is large, clean, and well furnished, having all the necessary items a guest may need: cooking pots, plates, utensils, body surfing boards, and even a golf cart. The host Paula was amazing, communicating promptly and professionally, she answered all of our requests, and went beyond the ordinary service, helping us make the most of our stay. She seems to genuinely care about the wellbeing of her quests. The community of Hacienda Pinilla is gated and well maintained with beach access and many amenities. However when you go out of it, you may find yourself driving on a dusty dirt road, and even the paved roads may have potholes and speed bumps, making them hard to navigate, taking much longer than what should ordinary take for that distance. Overall we were pleased with our stay in Costa Rica and highly recommend the villa and the host Paula.

My family visited for 7 nights and loved how comfortable the home was. The beach isn’t walkable but it’s a quick 2 minute drive to a beautiful beach next to the JW Marriot and 10 minutes from a few other great beaches including Avellanas which was our favorite. I highly recommend this space for families!

It is a nice place, each bedroom has an ensuite so it’s very comfortable for the guests. Paula is super helpful. It’s a quiet area, very peaceful. The monkeys came to the trees behind the villa. Marcelo the concierge also helped with every little thing. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Excellent stay

This was the perfect place. Only wished we could of stayed longer. Close to golf course, club house and a lot of restaurants. Beaches were close.
