What a great place! We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was amazing and so nice to lay out by and use. There was never a shortage of towels or relaxing spaces. The rooms were great and we loved the little treats left in the kitchen for us on arrival! The house is very centrally located and always a short (and inexpensive) uber drive to nearby spots. We loved San Jose del Cabo and would 100% stay at Seoniad’s place again if we return!

Very responsive host. Lots of extras at the house including kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, wagon for the beach, boogie boards, and children’s books. A great place for a family vacation.

Seoniad is a most gracious host. Her home is lovely and the outdoor space is gorgeous! Seoniad thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. We are very thankful to her and enjoyed this lovely space.

Perfect place for our group ( Three couples) celebrating our 50 year friendhip. We didn't use the dining room or living room because the back yard- garden space was perfect with 6 lounge chairs around a lovely pooland a quiet side sitting space. The large outdoor eating space was perfect for our meals in. Three bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms fantastic. The area great with no traffic noise and a few nearby restraunts. Unfortunately we didn't find out about the Thursday night Art Market in time or Old Town San Jose very nearby till the last night of our one week stay. Groceries are just a short drive away.

Our stay at Casa Shona was absolutely perfect! We stayed 5 nights with our adult kids and grandkids and there was room for all. The kitchen was fully stocked and even bottled water was provided. There was everything we needed for a day at the beach as well. The pool was just the right temp and wasn’t full of chlorine which was a plus! There were plenty of pool floaties and even mask and snorkel! There’s shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is also within walking distance, which was fun. The backyard is very private and we spent most our time there from morning coffee to evenings by the fire pit. The kids bunk room had some toys and there were lots of games to play. Can’t wait to stay again.

The photos don’t do this home justice!! It’s sooo beautiful, my girlfriends and i stayed here for a girls trip and it could not have been more perfect.

We love staying at this house!! If you need it, chance are they have it someplace. Kids forgot their goggles? Look around, we found three pairs. Daughter's swimsuit strap came apart? There is a sewing kit for that back by the washer. Want to go to the beach? There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to use. The kitchen has everything you could need including an air fryer and a high powered blender. The outside area is such an oasis and our kids absolutely love the pool. We have stayed here three time and have already booked again for next year. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation with their family. There is plenty of space so you're not on top of each other and there are so many places to eat within walking distance. Just book it, you won't be sorry.

Just had a 2 week stay here. 6 adults & 2 kids. What a great, spacious and stocked house! We started each day with coffee on the upper patio, watching the sunrise and whales. The bedrooms all had plenty of hangers and closet space. The kitchen is by far the best stocked Airbnb kitchen we have ever experienced. The front yard and pool was lovely. The kids loved the playground in the park behind the house. There were plenty of beach towels, a couple beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys for the kids… very impressed and made for a fabulous holiday! Would recommend a car mainly because of the location up the hill. Would definitely stay here again.

This gorgeous home was well suited for our family. The privacy of the yard and pool was exactly what we were hoping for. The property location was close to all amenities as well as a short walk to the beach!
