The Space

Inside, there are five roomy bedrooms: four feature king-size beds, and one is furnished with bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and ample closet space.

Upstairs, the spectacular master suite boasts breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and a five-piece bathroom with a jetted tub overlooking the ocean. This suite opens onto the upper deck, providing a private space for relaxation. The second master bedroom and the children's bedroom are also located upstairs.

Downstairs, two additional bedrooms are available: one master bedroom facing the pool and ocean, and another bedroom opening onto the backyard and adjacent park.

The lower level also contains an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This space features elegant upgrades and unique details. Recessed sliding doors in the living and dining rooms open fully to connect the indoor space with the outdoor living area, pool, and ocean views.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and water purification systems on the kitchen tap and refrigerator water and ice dispensers. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.

Outdoor Features

Outside, a large covered patio includes a propane barbecue, dining table, and seating area. From here, you can enjoy sunrises over the ocean or watch exotic birds around the flowers and fountain.

The patio leads directly onto a grassy area and the pool, which features a spacious lower shelf ideal for younger children to play safely. The pool is equipped with a pool blanket to retain heat and offers an optional heater for $30 per day.
