The Space
This luxury home offers five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, covering over 3,300 square feet of indoor living space. It also includes multiple outdoor decks and patios, a garage, a private swimming pool, and a yard.
Inside, there are five roomy bedrooms: four feature king-size beds, and one is furnished with bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and ample closet space.
Upstairs, the spectacular master suite boasts breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and a five-piece bathroom with a jetted tub overlooking the ocean. This suite opens onto the upper deck, providing a private space for relaxation. The second master bedroom and the children's bedroom are also located upstairs.
Downstairs, two additional bedrooms are available: one master bedroom facing the pool and ocean, and another bedroom opening onto the backyard and adjacent park.
The lower level also contains an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This space features elegant upgrades and unique details. Recessed sliding doors in the living and dining rooms open fully to connect the indoor space with the outdoor living area, pool, and ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and water purification systems on the kitchen tap and refrigerator water and ice dispensers. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.
Outdoor Features
Outside, a large covered patio includes a propane barbecue, dining table, and seating area. From here, you can enjoy sunrises over the ocean or watch exotic birds around the flowers and fountain.
The patio leads directly onto a grassy area and the pool, which features a spacious lower shelf ideal for younger children to play safely. The pool is equipped with a pool blanket to retain heat and offers an optional heater for $30 per day.

Location
This home is ideally situated near the heart of the charming, historic town of San Jose del Cabo. It is a 10 to 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from miles of beautiful beaches. The property backs onto a park, providing additional privacy and tranquility.

- Full private access to the house and yard is provided.
- The pool receives sun all day, which has been satisfactory for most adult and young guests.

Very responsive host. Lots of extras at the house including kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, wagon for the beach, boogie boards, and children’s books. A great place for a family vacation.

Just had a 2 week stay here. 6 adults & 2 kids. What a great, spacious and stocked house! We started each day with coffee on the upper patio, watching the sunrise and whales. The bedrooms all had plenty of hangers and closet space. The kitchen is by far the best stocked Airbnb kitchen we have ever experienced. The front yard and pool was lovely. The kids loved the playground in the park behind the house. There were plenty of beach towels, a couple beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys for the kids… very impressed and made for a fabulous holiday! Would recommend a car mainly because of the location up the hill. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful home! We loved just hanging out in the front yard by the pool. The house had everything we needed for truly enjoy our vacation. Very inexpensive uber rides to downtown. The house is located about half way up a huge hill. We decided to walk the first night to the local restaurants but paid the price walking uphill home. We would definitely stay here again next time in San Jose del Cabo.

I would like to give our experience 3.5 stars. First, I am a Superhost with 5 star reviews, so my standards are really high. Let’s start with the good. The house is big and comfortable. We are a family of 5 and we could have had another family of 4 there with us no problem. The kitchen is well organized and well appointed. Most AirBnB kitchens are not. The master bed is also comfortable, so sleeping well there should have been easy. Now the not so good. The AC units all run off remotes, and the one for the Master didn’t work. We were told a guy was coming every day from day 2 of 7 onwards. He finally did on day 5. That meant 4 nights of cold air blowing on us while we tried to sleep. We are on vaca. We need good sleep. My advice is verify with Seoniad before you book that the AC is working as designed. Cabo is too hot if it isn’t. And there is an alarm on a panel at the base of the stairs that beeped the whole time we were there. Deal with those 2 issues and book away

We just had the best possible stay. The pool was awesome, the sunrises were beautiful, the spacious home was inviting and comfortable. I hope to rent from Seonaid at her amazing home for another vacation.

My father-in-law and his friends were the ones who occupied the place and were fascinated! Everything was perfect and they were delighted! A highly recommended place. Seoniad was always available!

It was great to stay at Seoniad's place. She is a great host, there was an issue with the internet in the beginning, but she solved it very quickly. Overall the stay was pleasant and the villa is great.
