Whether you are planning a short getaway, a month-long stay, remote work, or an opportunity to explore Baja, this open-layout home offers a comfortable setting for two and can accommodate gatherings of up to 10 guests.

The Space

Relax among lush gardens while watching a variety of birds visit and bathe in the fountain. The property faces east toward the rising sun, and the patio and pool area receive sunlight for most of the day.

Pool heating is available as an optional service:

• US$35 for 4 hours of heater operation
• US$65 for 8 hours of heater operation

The home is located on a short, quiet residential cul-de-sac, one block from the beaches and resort hotels. The area is convenient for walking, and the Malecon is approximately a 5-minute walk away, where you can also catch a taxi or Uber. The property is not suitable for loud events.

One parking space is available if you choose to rent a car.

For remote work, the home offers high-speed fiber-optic internet and a pleasant office area with a desk, ergonomic chair, and views of the pool and gardens. On relaxing days at home, enjoy the television with Firestick programming, your own streaming services, or the available books.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Upstairs

• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King bedroom with a private bathroom; if the bunk bedroom is occupied, this bathroom is shared. The king bed can be arranged as two twin beds upon request.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom with a private bathroom
• Bedroom 4: Small bedroom with two individual-size bunk beds and access to a shared bathroom

Ground Level

• Bedroom 5: Studio with a double-size bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, and separate entrance from the main door

Housekeeping is included for stays of six days or more, with one service per week. Please advise if you would like to use this optional service.

A Casa information brochure provides details about local restaurants, shops, clinics, and other helpful information. An additional brochure in the home includes area recommendations and information about the kitchen, pool, water supply, and other property features.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the full villa, pool, and patio. There are no shared spaces.

Self check-in is available, and a welcome snack is provided.

Parking

One parking space is assigned to the home in the carport in front of the house. The other two spaces are occupied and unavailable.

If you are renting two cars, street parking is available, although it can be difficult during the day because nearby resort workers use the area. Street parking is generally more available in the early morning and evening.

Additional Information

A doorbell camera with an indoor chime is installed at the gate. There are no other cameras on the property.
