5 star view, 3 star apt in Nica, but 1 star in the US (US prices). Bathrooms have no soap, shampoo, conditioner so bring your own. Toilet paper is beyond cheap so buy also. Others complained about the bathroom smelling like sewage dating back to 2018 so before booking, I messaged Chris and he assured me it had been fixed. It has NOT. To clarify, there are two bathrooms and the Master bedroom is fine. However, the twin beds bathroom is foul. The toilet likely needs a new wax seal. I would NOT sleep in the twins bedroom bc it also smells of sewage. The patio door doesn’t lock bc of a lost/broken key. Replacement cylinder locks cost less than $20 so this is irresponsible. The kitchen is pathetic and only has 4 large plates; no bowls, no small plates. If you have children and want cereal for breakfast, you’ll all be eating out of a shared salad bowl. The Master bed is extremely firm: I enjoyed it but my gf didn't. Fast WiFi, cold A/C and had hot water even though not listed

The place has a nice view, and the directions to get there were clear. However, it was not the experience we expected; the house needs maintenance. They offer a sofa bed as an option, but it is not in good condition; it has a large hole. The bathroom doesn't smell good, the doors don't close properly, and overall, it needs more maintenance.

Great view, good care from Chris and on site. Kitchen facilities modest, large renovation needs. 2nd bedroom and bathroom not acceptable due to odor and mold. Painting and renovation work was literally botched. Too bad.
