Our stay was great. It's centrally located and the facilities are comfortable. The pool is super cool to relax. A place where we will surely return on another getaway 🤗

Booked a month but had to cancel and request Airbnb to force a full refund on day 2. The view and pool are amazing, no doubt about that. Location is walkable to town but goes through a slightly dark barrio, would be wary at night but overall I don't see it as a problem since I'm pretty comfortable down in Nicaragua. The real issues were about daily use and comfort inside the unit itself. Much of the kitchenware was broken or non-existent (only 2 water glasses for a 2-bedroom apartment, only one completely busted knife, warped scraped Teflon pots without lids, etc). Fridge was severely leaking water. Broken items: one showerhead, multiple cabinets, bug screens, toaster. The old worn futon was all stained and very uncomfortable, they just put a bedsheet over it to cover the stains. Overall the place needs TLC, furniture, and kitchenware to match the price we were originally going to pay. I mentioned to the owner that the inside isn't aligned with location's quality or rental price.

It is the perfect place to be close to the San Juan del Sur Bay, but at the same time without so much noise. A beautiful view, I loved the pool… we really enjoyed my family and pet. I would definitely come back and I recommend it.

really recommend this house - although up a steep hill it means it’s more secluded and peaceful as the town can be lively! 2 bathrooms and the pool was such a bonus. very responsive and helpful host if we had any questions.
