The Space

The unit features a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and kitchenware. The living room contains a sofa and table, and there is a balcony that overlooks the bay.

Location

The condos are located just a five-minute walk from the beach. The property includes a beautiful pool and a tiki hut that is illuminated at night, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Please note that the hill leading to the property is steep. Guests can either walk for exercise, take a taxi, or ask Juan for a ride into town.

Guest Access

Guests have access to a shared outdoor parking area with space for three vehicles. Assistance with unloading bags is available. The shared outdoor pool on site is also accessible to guests.

• To avoid extra electricity charges, please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room. The room rate includes the first 50 kWh of electricity. Any usage beyond 50 kWh will be charged at $0.50 per kWh. For example, if you use 100 kWh during your stay, you will pay for 50 kWh at $0.50 each, totaling $25.
• Laundry service is not included in the room rate unless a special nightly, weekly, or monthly arrangement is made with the owner or property manager.
