The place was absolutely lovely! We loved the location in that we were so close to the ocean and also had access to the pools and a great restaurant/bar. The place was spotless when we arrived and very cozy and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook meals, drink coffee, make smoothies, etc. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Communication with our host was extremely easy and fast. This made things run smoothly throughout our week long stay. La Amada is a gorgeous community and this unit was very special. We would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return in the near future. Cheers!

I would go back without thinking. It has everything for a family: cooking in the apartment, eating in the restaurant, having fun at the beach or in the pools, and everything is top notch. And there's no sargassum in the middle of July!!!!

I absolutely loved it and would definitely return. Beautiful place, peaceful, clean, and the food was delicious. Jessica was incredibly attentive; one remote control's batteries weren't working, and she brought them to me. Everything was fantastic!

My family of 4 stayed at this beautiful apartment for spring break. Jessica is amazing! She is incredibly responsive. Any questions I had were answered within a few minutes. Her sister Cecilia, who is also lovely met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The property is safe and quiet. There are 3 pools and we never had to reserve or wait for a seat. There is a gym, yoga room, tennis court and padel court. There is a small market with a Starbucks, snacks, and items that you might need during your stay. There is one restaurant. The food is good, but we stayed a week and needed some variety. We easily got Ubers into town and ate at incredible local spots. There is a Costco about 25 minutes from the apartment and we found that to be fun and convenient. The apartment is gorgeous. Our favorite spot to relax was the balcony overlooking the marina. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment which was super convenient. Overall an incredible experience!

Jessica was the most amazing host. She greeted us at check in and gave us a tour of the resort. Made recommendations for local restaurants and helped arrange excursions. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and memorable! The condo and resort were immaculate. Everything was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and very safe. The beach and pool were never crowded. The restaurant served amazing food. We had a great vacation and hope to return many times!

The pools were fantastic and the local restaurants though small, offered great food for breakfast lunch and dinner at a very reasonable price compare to most places in the area. We had a wonderful stay with our family. We absolutely loved the place and the host was very responsive and pleasant. The property and development is very thought out and has a bit of everything to make your stay easy.

Excellent airbnb. Highly recommend. Would return. The beach is a 1-2 minute walk. There are beach lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Its a great clean beautiful swimming beach with white sand, gentle waves. There is some sea grass on the sea floor a few feet from the shore so it's not turquoise water everywhere but really a wonderful beach. The apartment has a great view of the marina, 2 outdoor patios. Everything in the apartment is brand new and clean. The 3rd bedroom is extremely small (like maids quarters) and separated from the rest of the apartment. The host set up a pack n play for our baby in the master bedroom closet, which was a quiet and dark room, worked perfectly for his bedroom. The restaurant food and drink is good. Jessica is a very responsive airbnb host. We used the private van transport both ways. It has a carseat. But in the future I wouldn't use it for outbound flight-- our flight was delayed 2 hours and they weren't able to refund or reschedule it.

First time in Mexico and the host was amazing, very responsive, proactive and so helpful. The apartment is in a quieter area of Cancun, which is exactly what we wanted. The pool area and beach club are beautiful and a stones throw from the apartment. Strong recommend.

Everything was amazing! For a family or anyone looking to get away, could recommend this enough. The accommodation is amazing, so roomy and well appointed. The complex is beautiful and has an amazing quiet, beach, gym, tennis courts, etc. It's one of those places where once you are there, you are there, there's really no reason to leave and not much you would be able to walk to anyway.

My family and I had an amazing time at Araceli’s place. The apartment was spotless and exactly as in the photos. Beautifully decorated, great view to the Marina and with absolutely everything you could need. The pools, the beach, and the surroundings have no comparison. Truly beautiful. Also, all the staff at La Amada were extremely polite and always helpful. Such a great delight to share our time surrounding by great people. Finally, I would like to highlight Jessica’s excellent communication and outstanding attention. She made our time at La Amada truly great.

Great host and beautiful place!

A place that met everything indicated in the ad, impeccable, I have an 11-month-old baby and she was happy, spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms, 10/10 air conditioning, the person who received us was very friendly, guided us in everything, asked how we were, the condominium has everything, its private pool, its clean pool, baby play area, gym, there is a super useful express supermarket. The person who received us responded quickly. Really highly recommended, it's a wonderful place to go with the family, it has a wonderful view of the pier with yachts, if you want to have a trip to Cancun with all the luxuries, that's where you should stay. I fell in love with this place and would return whenever I visit Cancun.

Araceli is a great host! Sends great detail to help check in and is very quick to respond. She also gave many good recommendations in the area and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and was a great fit for my family and I. We will definitely book with her again!

Excellent place to stay for a family of four! The communication was extremely prompt and the host was there to receive us at the time of arrival to explain all the details for the apartment. Beautiful place, excelente location, prime I would say and awesome view!

Such a gem! Beautiful and spotless. Great amenities in a beautiful spot. Very short walk to beach and pools. Areceli arranged someone to meet us on arrival, making it feel personalized. You’ll check in and get a wristband. Facial recognition grants access to main building/amenities. Security is excellent! Areceli was very responsive, answering all our questions, so helpful in another country! The restaurant food was great—strong drinks! Tips: We used USA Transfer to/from airport with grocery stop—essential. On-site restaurant closes at 6pm (orders by 5) and is closed Tuesdays. Uber Eats worked for dinner when we didn’t cook. Not a party place but perfect for family. Pool/beach closes at 8pm. Also has tennis, gym, padel, jet skis, parasailing, kayak, paddleboard. We would return again and were very happy with our stay. Felt like this location is a well kept secret!

We really had an amazing time. The service was very good, an excellent disposition, luxury apartment, very good location, good view, comfortable, the beach is incredible. While others were in all-inclusive and could not bathe because of the sargassum, we were on the beach every day with crystal clear water in front of Isla Mujeres. Next to this and very easy to get to the ferry. Excellent decision

I had a fantastic stay in Cancún! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What truly made the experience exceptional was Jessica. She was an outstanding host—very responsive and a great communicator. Anytime we had a question or needed something, she attended to it immediately and with genuine care. Beautiful place to stay for 5 nights! Jessica was very helpful throughout our stay. Location is very short walk to pool/ beach. We had breakfast every morning at the pool restaurant and loved the beach/pool. Ubers are easy to get and uber eats was very nice for groceries. Very relaxing, quiet, clean and peaceful. Plan to come back for sure!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The apartment was even more impressive than the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the patio overlooking the marina. We enjoyed our meals and our evenings there. I only got home yesterday and miss it already. The beach was beautiful, expansive, white sand, blue water, and just a few minutes walk from our condo. Lots of loungers always available. The pool was also so nice, and again lots of loungers available. Jessica was the perfect hostess. Very responsive. She arranged our 40 minute shuttle service from the airport and an hour stop at a grocery store so we could get our food and beverages on our way. She also offered recommendations to a few restaurants close by. We also enjoyed a day on Isla Mujeres, which is a 20 minute uber ride to the ferry. Thank you Jessica for making this a memorable trip for my family. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb. It will not disappoin

Very quiet, clean and comfortable Apartment Shops are closing early at about 8pm and after this you need a Taxi or to come outside for some Food. But Uber Eats works everytime :-)

Our family of four spent eight serene days here in March. Communication with the host and property manager was professional and on-point from booking to departure. This is a large, beautifully furnished condo in a quiet complex with outstanding facilities. The view of the marina from the large balcony is wonderful and calming in the mornings and evenings. Ordering groceries online for delivery is easy and practical. The on-property restaurant is great for the days we didn't feel like cooking. Many dining options are available a short Uber ride away, but this place was so magnetic we didn't feel like leaving! We would 100% come back here and will recommend to family and friends.

The stay and host exceeded expectations. I loved how spacious the apartment was and the views of the marina were fabulous. The small problems we ran into with the property were resolved quickly by the host. The location is very private.

My family and I had an incredible vacation, we felt right at home, there are many activities, such as kayaking, tennis, padel, playroom, etc. The apartment is spectacular and very clean. It's one of the best I've ever stayed. It has everything complete we didn't need anything, neither in the kitchen nor in the rooms. The air conditioners work very well, the showers, and the hot water. I recommend it 100% and I would definitely come back. The host was very attentive and anything supported us.

Our stay at La Amada was wonderful. Jessica helped us every step of the way, and even waited at the condo for us while our flight was delayed. She suggested that we order groceries through Uber Eats and then went above and beyond by waiting for the groceries to be delivered and then put them all away for us! I have never been treated so well by a host! The grounds of La Amada are gorgeous. There are a few pools to choose from, 1 restaurant, tennis courts, and of course, the beach. There is also a small bodega to buy any items you need. At the beach you can use kayaks and paddle boards. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Jessica checked in several times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend La Amada if you're looking for a laid-back beach vacation.

This is the second time I stay here and is even more beautiful than the pictures. The apartment is super comfy, well located, walking distance from the beach. All the commodities, the beach restaurant is amazing, great food and amazing service. I really love the privacy, is a place to disconnect and relax. I'll definitely come back.

I stayed at several Airbnbs in Cancun and Playa del Carmen and this one definitely seemed the best to me. It is an apartment with large spaces, which has a beach within a 3-minute walk of the apartment, and the beach is very nice and quiet, in addition to many amenities within the development such as a playroom and children's games. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed through Airbnb with 2 lovely balconies, one overlooking the busy marina. Everything was impeccably clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The facilities are also very nice. We had a 5 yo with us & appreciated the soccer play area and the playground. We had access to 3 pools; all of them were nice, but the beach pool was best for kids - shallow areas & a warm pool by the snack bar. The bar was good & the service great- much higher prices than in town, but the convenience was worth it. Tuesdays are apparently a universal day off for restaurants here- that was our first dinner night & we were hard put to find a place to eat nearby. Note- you’re not allowed to eat at the restaurants in the hotels surrounding, including the one on the property itself. That was the only drawback to this stay- it was 20 to 30 minutes into town, and one of our party was not very comfortable in Cancun proper, plus hard to go out with a child there.

We had a great week at La Almada Resort. The place is very nice and has great amenities. For four adults and children, I would only recommend it conditionally. There is a majestic bedroom with a large double bed, great views and a super nice bathroom. Unfortunately, the 2nd bedroom has only two small French beds, so it is very tight for 2 adults in one bed. And the 3rd room is actually more of a small chamber or a servant room, positioned behind the cleaning room and without windows. In all rooms, the air conditioning worked great. The location is super nice by the marina. Mostly quiet, except in the morning hours when the yachts are cleaned and set sail (you have to expect diesel stench and music) and in the evening it can sometimes be noisy even longer when party boats are at anchor. We missed a good café and a restaurant in the complex. We recovered well. Thank you

This is a GREAT apartment in a private, peaceful complex that is simple amazing. The communication with the host was perfect, the place is very secure with two security checks to get in and there is parking right outside the front door. The apartment has a great view of luxury yachts and the restaurant, beach club and beach are all just a few minutes away. The private beach is pristine and probably the best one I have seen on the entire coast so this place is 100% recommended!

This place it's just beautiful for a family vacations, we stayed for a week and we enjoyed the room, pool and the beach. In the beach it's so pristine without SARGAZO. There is a restaurant in the location, they closes on Tuesdays, the food it's very good. Rent a yatch it's a must when you go to this place, you are next to a High class Marina, you will not regret taking a rental yatch or catamaran it's a beautiful experience (I recommend in the afternoon) so you can watch a unique Sunset on a boat. We will come back with our family soon.

This was officially the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The photos of the post are short compared to what you perceive when you arrive. It is a true paradise. Each corner of the depa contains every detail in decor and comfort, the view is second to none, the appliances and cooking utensils are very complete, they are modern and beautiful, making you feel truly at home. Araceli is very friendly and attentive to everything, they gave us a delicious wine as welcome. On the depa they have a good size hiker available and with wheels to take to the beach or the pool. It is a beautiful complex, with a lot of security, the beach and pool are private, very quiet, includes no cost the palapas, pool beds, surfboards, snorkeling and kayaks. I went with my 4-month-old baby somewhat nervous, looking for peace of mind and it was the best decision. The beach club has delicious food and also in the complex you have a gomart to buy basic things

Gorgeous condo! Stayed here 3 weeks with a young baby and was no problem to be in the apartment all day. We rented as a 2 bedroom. Airy and spacious layout with lots of light. Tastefully decorated, very chic. Lots of great food storage and kitchen appliances. Great space to cook and to enjoy meals. The master closet is phenomenal as well. Love the view of the marina, very peaceful and lovely to see boats, palms and water from 2 sides. The huge terrace is incredible and the couch is so comfortable. Complex is incredibly secure and all the amenities are gorgeous. Low buildings and very little crowds. Beach is pristine, no sargasso. Never an issue to get a seat. This area of Cancun was new to me and it’s so peaceful. There are only all inclusive restaurants around, so no options if you want to go out. However, condo is too nice for that! Communication is great as well! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Aracely's, everything was perfect, the beds we slept super comfortably, us, and our kids! A tastefully decorated apartment where you can quickly feel at home, fully equipped. My husband and I particularly enjoyed waking up with such a beautiful view of the yachts and the sea. Having the beach just a short walk away we loved it! because we could transport the cooler and children's belongings with great ease, safety and tranquility. The beach restaurant was delicious, it was really a very relaxing holiday, full of peace, because the beach is beautiful, without any sargassum seaweed and very safe!We did kayak, played volleyball-padel, and all this for free thanks to Aracely! What a beautiful apartment! Everything new, in every corner there is a touch of good taste. Super nice, stylish, but beachy. The delicious mattress, cotton sheets, I loved the bedroom, delicious pillows, the level of a high-end hotel. The beach is a paradise, jacuzzis and a hot pool where we stayed until night and no problem. Beautiful place, beautiful apartment, we will definitely be back in a few days!
