The on-site mini market sells prepared food, snacks, beer, Starbucks coffee, sunscreen, and other essentials. A cooler is available in the apartment for taking soft drinks, canned beer, snacks, and similar items to the beach. Beach consumption is permitted as long as complex rules are followed and no garbage is left behind.
For added comfort and security, the entire apartment is equipped with state-of-the-art electric anti-cyclone curtains.
Guest Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours. Guests can enjoy the marina, private beach, included loungers and umbrellas, swimming pools, jacuzzis, gym, and other resort facilities.

Important Information
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on all balconies.
- A $1,500 fine applies if cigarette smoking is detected in the apartment. Higher fines may apply if furniture is damaged by ashes.
- Pets are not accepted.
- No additional guests are allowed, even if they do not stay overnight.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, scanned copies or photographs of official identification for every guest, including children, must be submitted for registration with the concierge and access to the residential complex.

The place was absolutely lovely! We loved the location in that we were so close to the ocean and also had access to the pools and a great restaurant/bar. The place was spotless when we arrived and very cozy and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook meals, drink coffee, make smoothies, etc. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Communication with our host was extremely easy and fast. This made things run smoothly throughout our week long stay. La Amada is a gorgeous community and this unit was very special. We would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return in the near future. Cheers!

Araceli's apartment is amazing!!!! It's super nice and tasteful. Also, Araceli and Adrián were always attentive. The location is prime and convenient. Super amenities!! The place truly makes you feel right at home!!! Definitely one of my favorite places, and of course I would come back to this apartment!!!

I absolutely loved it and would definitely return. Beautiful place, peaceful, clean, and the food was delicious. Jessica was incredibly attentive; one remote control's batteries weren't working, and she brought them to me. Everything was fantastic!

Jessica was the most amazing host. She greeted us at check in and gave us a tour of the resort. Made recommendations for local restaurants and helped arrange excursions. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and memorable! The condo and resort were immaculate. Everything was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and very safe. The beach and pool were never crowded. The restaurant served amazing food. We had a great vacation and hope to return many times!

My stay at this apartment was simply exceptional. From the first contact, Jessica proved to be an outstanding host: incredibly attentive, professional and always willing to make our experience perfect. Their warmth and hospitality make a real difference. What we loved the most: Prime location: The apartment is literally steps from the beach. It is a luxury to be able to wake up and be in the sand in a matter of seconds, enjoying the tranquility that only Costa Mujeres offers. The apartment: It is beautiful, modern and tastefully decorated. You can tell that every detail has been taken care of to ensure comfort. It was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need (and more). The Service: Jessica was attentive to us at all times, giving us local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Their level of responsiveness and friendliness is hard to find. We will definitely be back.

The location was stunning and perfect for the relaxing getaway we were looking for. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was a perfect picture just as all the wonderful photos showed in the listing. I would highly recommend this location for a relaxing getaway from the hustle of Cancun hotel zone. The pools were fantastic and the local restaurants though small, offered great food for breakfast lunch and dinner at a very reasonable price compare to most places in the area. I will definitely be renting from here in the future.

First time in Mexico and the host was amazing, very responsive, proactive and so helpful. The apartment is in a quieter area of Cancun, which is exactly what we wanted. The pool area and beach club are beautiful and a stones throw from the apartment. Strong recommend.
