Juan’s place, “Punta Juancito,” was PERFECT for me and my wife. Private, pristine, gorgeous and refreshing pool. 41 steps from the homes front porch to the picture perfect Punta Uva beach. The water was great and the sound of the sea is so relaxing. We had 30-40 monkeys playing in the trees above the pool on two mornings. Lots of parrots, macaws, iguanas and toucans on the property. Juan has a water filter station for cooking and filling water bottles. Excellent restaurants within an easy walking distance (At “La Sirena,” we had the best red snapper ever). My wife would stay in the pool and I would walk down the road to “La Sirena” to pick up lunch and dinner. They would send the food on foil covered plates on a tray. “Bring them back when you think about it. No problem .” Comfy bed, excellent bathroom, hot water shower and excellent a/c in the bedroom. My wife and I give Juan’s place 10+ stars on a 5 star rating system. Yes, it is that GREAT! PURA VIDA AT PUNTA JUANCITO!

This is one of the nicest homes. You could rent in the area, and absolutely the best hosts. It would be impossible to find a better experience for the money
