We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and has beautiful views. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.

Everything was great.

We had an amazing stay, Katrina was nice and responsive and house manager Lio was great! The house is a little aged but worked for our big family. There was an issue with AC in one of the rooms but Katrina promptly replaced it and it did not affect our stay.

We picked this place at random, second experience on this platform and we could not have been happier! The property was beautiful and everything was better than described. The manager found us an AMAZING chef for my husbands 50th birthday for a dinner hosted at property and was on point! Check out was flexible as we had one traveling for England, they even arranged for his transport. We will be back!

Very nice house and friendly service from the manager Lionel. Everything worked out perfectly. The pool and barbecue area was perfect for our group of 5 couples, we enjoyed an afternoon of BBQ. I highly recommend this home.

Great stay at Karina’s place! The house is big and very comfortable for a group of friends. We loved the pool and sunset views. We appreciated filtered water was provided. The house is a short 5-10 min drive to town. Would definitely return!

Good afternoon, our stay was great. Just as a recommendation, they should put a toilet and shower in the pool area. I also suggest plastic dishes for the pool area, and that they offer the use of umbrellas to take to the beach and about 6 folding chairs. The detail of the carafes and ice bags were perfect. The photos should be updated, since the ones of the exterior are old, everything looks free and nothing to do with the buildings that are already around. Overall, good!!

From the beginning, Katrina was very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions or support. Lionel was in contact with us at all times, both for check-in and check-out, and also to help us with any additional needs such as chef recommendations or food issues. He was always attentive and very helpful. The accommodation is very comfortable, pleasant and we felt right at home. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious, the bed are big and comfortable, great amount of bathrooms, and vary spacious. We were 9 ladies and we all loved the house. The view is amazing and the pool area is so nice. The property manager (we had contact with him once we got to La Paz) was very nice and responsive. We even met some of the cleaning ladies and they were so nice too. We had a great experience with this house! 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful stay and the same for large groups, Katrina was always attentive to any questions, as was Lio, they supported us with airport transportation - stay and vice versa, even a few extra trips to the supermarket, and chef service. The accommodation is beautiful, somewhat far from the bar area, which made it very comfortable and quiet to spend the night in the courtyard without the noise of the city. I would definitely come back.

Had an amazing time. Property manager was amazing at helping us arrange activities, transport, food. We had an in house chef for a few nights and his food was TO DIE FOR. Definitely would want to book here again! Katrina was also very flexible with check in and check out times!!

I had an amazing stay at this property in La Paz, Baja California! The house is exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos, which was a great relief. The views are absolutely spectacular, and they really made the experience unforgettable. The host is hands down the best I've ever had—super attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting La Paz!

Katrina's Airbnb is the PERFECT place to chill and reset! The home is large enough to spread out, if alone time is needed. It has a lovely back patio, with a pool, that faces the ocean. Located on a hillside, the evening sunsets were amazing! Very relaxing! She also recommended a personal chef that used 3 of our 4 nights, which was a game changer for our group!!! Our guys would come in after a long day of Spearfishing and would not have to get ready to go out to dinner. We enjoyed every meal on the patio. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want peace-and-quiet with an amazing view.

Very attentive Had a tad of trouble with the pool heater and showers being cold but Lio the GM was all over it and eager to accomodate. The location and neighborhood are gorgeous.

We had a big, multigeneration family vacation at the house. It is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for all of us. We loved having a heated pool for our grandkids, and also loved sitting out on the deck all together in the evenings, enjoying the view. We went out and did things during the day every day, and it was easy to drive places from the house. Katrina always responded quickly to my questions ahead of time, and her local manager, Lio, was very helpful while we were there.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to local attractions, great restaurants and downtown. It made exploring the area so convenient. The home came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host Katrina and manager Lionel were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, checking in to ensure we had everything we required and offering helpful local tips. The neighborhood felt very secure, with quiet streets and a security guard at the gate. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Excellent accommodation, an amazing view!!!!

Great home to stay at. It came with everything we needed. The manager Lionel was on top of everything, every time we had a question he got back to us quickly. Great recommendation on his part for a chef to come to the house that was awesome. The pool was nice ,that outdoor patio overlooking the ocean spectacular. Views are spectacular throughout. Minor things the group thought could be better. The pillows are a lil on the small side. Also we flew in from TJ we didn’t pack beach towels a few people of the group took beach towels from the house to the beach we returned them but the owner doesn’t agree to take beach towels to the beach not sure what we were supposed to do buy beach towels I guess. Overall great stay . Thank you

The house is amazing. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. It's super safe and well equipped, from the pool to the kitchen, the rooms, the living room, etc. They were always attentive to any situation, and they also offer transportation solutions if you need it.

All I have to say is WOW! Katrina was very responsive from the very beginning. We booked the trip almost a year in advance and she would always respond right away. Her home has wonderful amenities and great views of the ocean. The pictures that are posted are spectacular but being their in person is much more impressive. From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt right at home. The house is conveniently located close enough to all of the beaches and the the downtown area but far enough away where you feel separated from the city life. We would definitely book again!

We had a very nice time at Katrina's house. The house is very well located with an incredible view of La Paz and its sunsets. The interior of the house is very clean and tidy, as well as the private pool to enjoy. The people who work with Katrina are very attentive, Lionel is always attentive to any situation. Nelva and Roberto are wonderful people. We are surprised by their attentiveness. The best thing was that we didn't have to worry about anything, since they made it easy for us to get from the airport to the house and to the other tourist places. The supermarket was ready in the house and Nelva's food was simply delicious. We would return to the house in La Paz many times!

Very nice place and close to everything

This is a great house for large groups. 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The pool and amenities are all fully functional, and the kitchen appliances too. Although Katrina does not greet you directly, the keeper Lionel always replies promptly to all your questions. My party and I are grateful for your house. Thanks!!

We stayed with a total of 8 people, plenty of room and privacy. House was clean and had everything we needed to cook and the bathrooms were well stocked. View is incredible! Location is great, close to the marina and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and safe besides a little construction noise. The pool is pretty chilly even for Montanans. Overall incredible stay in a beautiful place!

Casa de Palmas was the perfect stay in La Paz. The house was exactly as pictured and the view of the ocean was amazing. The house is very well maintained and beautifully furnished. We were a party of two families with children and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home. I would absolutely stay at Casa de Palmas again

Great property great location. Lionel is spectacular and able to help. Katrina is quick to respond. Kitchen is well stocked. Speaker in back yard is great. It is chilly and pool simply does not get up to temperature this time of year. Save yourself the pool charge and simply wait for better weather. Mattresses are a little tough and backyard new construction is a pain but should be competed soon. Nice gated community with friendly staff makes you feel safe. Beautiful sunrise / sunsets

Beautiful home with plenty of space! The view did not disappoint, gorgeous sunsets, plus beautiful city and ocean view. Taxi or rental car to town is a must. Round trip for our group was $45. La Paz is a very beautiful city with a lot to see and enjoy!

Views are stunning. House was clean and had everything that we needed. Best part was to watch sunsets and bbq by the pool with cool evening ocean breezes after a hot day at the beach. Kids would stay in the pool till bedtime. Perfect comfortable home and close to everything. We will be back.

After spending last week in La Paz with our family we all came away with a very nice experience. The house was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. They met our every need and went beyond to answer all our questions. Since my husband and I are in our upper 70's and have some health issues, a car was a must have. Our other family members walked up and down the hill constantly with no effort. The house has a lovely view that can be admired from almost every room in the house. We spent one week in this beautiful and spacious home and loved it! The sunset views are spectacular and a really nice way to end the day. The pool was great but pretty cold, even when we turned on the heat. So we just used it without the heat. We had issues with the water running out, for a few hours one morning and on the morning we left, other than that, no other issues. Overall, excellent home and I would definitely come back!

Absolutely lovely house with stunning views! Clean, spacious, beautiful and the pool was fantastic to come home to after a long day. It was just as wonderful as it looks!! And the communication was outstanding!

The house was beautiful and very clean! View was amazing! We are family of 9 (3 generations) and the layout of the house was great. The senior citizens stayed in the downstairs master bedroom so that they were on the same level as the kitchen and living areas. The rest of us stayed upstairs. There is another master bedroom upstairs as well. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for us all. Although the weather was fairly warm during our visit in February, the pool water was cold so we paid the extra fees to warm the pool water. There were also a few pool toys to enjoy. We all really enjoyed the relaxing on the outdoor patio and in the pool! Also, we didn't need it much but the air conditioning worked well and each bedroom had a TV. An added bonus was having a water cooler in the kitchen. We really appreciated that!

This place was amazing! The house is exactly as described and comes with all the amenities that you or a group would need to have a sensational stay in La Paz. The daily cleaning services and the care taker Miguel were great and available to help if anything arose. The neighborhood is gated with a security guard on duty for enhanced safety. The rooms, the living space, the kitchen, the pool and certainly the views were awesome and perfect for our group of 8. The only thing that disappointed was the fact we booked a shorter stay. We would love to come back and enjoy La Paz again in such a great house.

The cleaning person Katrinq has, Elvira was 100%, she was not only hard working but very welcoming. you will feels like at home. overall an amazing stay!

I recommend this house. It has an accessible location to the Malecón which is a strip with restaurants and downtown area. It’s 30 min from playa Tecolote. The rooms are nice, clean with lots of space and storage. I traveled with my family and two children.

Our stay with Katrina was amazing, everything was perfect every space, every area, the swimming pool, and most importan the view super incredible. TVs in every room, amazing deck with great patio furniture and a beautiful pool that can be heated. Will definitely be going back. We love swimming with the whale sharks!😀
