We had an amazing stay, Katrina was nice and responsive and house manager Lio was great! The house is a little aged but worked for our big family. There was an issue with AC in one of the rooms but Katrina promptly replaced it and it did not affect our stay.

Our stay had positive aspects, but there were also some significant issues that greatly affected the overall experience. The house is in a good location and has nice features, and communication was always friendly. However, there was one key issue that was never properly resolved during our stay. From the start, we reported that the pool chemicals were too strong. This caused discomfort for all of us who used it (skin, eyes, and even hair), and unfortunately, it didn't improve despite follow-up. In fact, two of the children even developed a visible skin rash after using it, which was concerning. We made sure to report it from the start, but the situation was not addressed in a timely or effective manner. By the time an attempt was made to do something about it, our stay was almost over, so we were unable to fully enjoy one of the property's main amenities.

We picked this place at random, second experience on this platform and we could not have been happier! The property was beautiful and everything was better than described. The manager found us an AMAZING chef for my husbands 50th birthday for a dinner hosted at property and was on point! Check out was flexible as we had one traveling for England, they even arranged for his transport. We will be back!

Truly phenomenal!!! Host and house manager were extremely kind, responsive and wonderful hosts. Our family had an amazing time! The house is perfectly spotless, has everything you need, and relaxing. The amount of space is incredible. The views are stunning and I cannot express how beautiful it all was. We will definitely come back and stay here again!!

Very nice house and friendly service from the manager Lionel. Everything worked out perfectly. The pool and barbecue area was perfect for our group of 5 couples, we enjoyed an afternoon of BBQ. I highly recommend this home.
