We had an amazing trip to Punta Mita. Location of the condo was perfect – quiet but close to town and centrally located to everything inside the gates. The condo layout was perfect for the group we had, and the outdoor space was truly magical. Also loved the unique pools connected by a channel - perfect for a quick dip right outside of our door.

The Las Terrazas condo development is in a fantastic, central location within the Punta Mita resort. Unit B-12, in particular, has one of the best spots in the building. We loved the walk-out level that opens directly onto beautifully maintained landscaping and a unique pool area with expansive views of the golf course. We were a family of five, including two teenagers, and it was perfect for us. Having the golf cart made it incredibly fun and easy to get to all the beach clubs. We visited most of them, but the Surf Club was our favorite. The unit itself is very spacious, but it could use a little love. The lighting is quite dim, which made it hard to do makeup or see well at night. The bathrooms could benefit from some updates and a deeper clean, as the darker décor and slight dampness made them feel a bit musty. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and amenities.

We just returned from a magical vacation in Punta Mita. We were so happy with the house and the wonderful hosts who helped with everything—from airport rides, extra golf cart and a private chef. The outdoor living space was just as loved (if not more!) than the indoor areas, and the kids were obsessed with the bunk room. We also really appreciated having the six-seater golf cart and how close the house was to town—it made it easy to get anywhere we needed within the gates and to pop out for dinner, market runs, and more. The host was incredibly responsive and we were also so appreciative of the sweet lady who cleaned the unit for us everyday while we were out. We look forward to coming back soon!

We had the most wonderful and luxurious family vacation here! The beach clubs were amazing. Keep in mind that some beach clubs and amenities have a fee associated with it and can be costly. The Airbnb has everything you need and the house cleaner did a wonderful job. The host is extremely responsive and helpful!

It’s a gorgeous area with lots of activities. A shout out to Andrea, who was exceptional in quick responses, resolving questions quickly and overall dedicated and friendly. She really made it happen. Housekeeper was really good too.

Five star stay at this listing! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to visit again! A truly wonderful week with our family, thanks to the incredible Andrea who was extremely responsive and accommodating. She arranged everything for us from transportation to purchasing groceries and organizing daily breakfast and a day trip to Sayulita. We felt so safe and enjoyed the luxuries of a hotel (daily cleaning) mixed with the space and comfort of our own home (kitchen and living room) can’t wait to come back!!!

One of the most amazing vacations we’ve had and I actually got to enjoy it because Cris our maid was absolutely phenomenal. Andrea was the best answering all of questions promptly. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Andrea was an amazing house manager. She arranged for our airport transportation, an extra golf cart, reservations at some of the local restaurants, assistance with golf tee times, etc. She was always quick to respond and very friendly. We had a couple of maintaince issues and they were taken care of immediately. Andrea also arranged for our housekeeper Cris to prepare breakfast for us daily which was delicious. We loved the location of the condo and the first floor location. The large patio and grass area made the large condo feel even bigger. The condo was very comfortable but could use a little updating in the kitchen. The only other thing was that there was no closet or dresser in the 2 queen bedroom. A dresser or two in the bunk room would also be helpful as kids are not likely to hang all of their clothes. That being said, we loved our stay! The service and people in the resort area and town were always so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was fantastic! Andrea was wonderful to communicate with and was very clear & helpful. An additional golf cart was delivered to us the first day, which was very helpful for our group of 8. The place was spotless & cleaned daily, which was an awesome perk. Walking out to the back yard & jumping in the pool was amazing. We’ll be back!

Spectacular home in Punta Mita. We spent a week here with our kids and everything was perfect. Location makes it easy to get to all the beach clubs and restaurants and golf. Listing was ideal with a great outdoors space and kids bunk room was plenty big for their friends to sleep over.

We had a wonderful stay here; all the amenities and beach club access were incredible, and our concierge, Andrea, was so helpful with making arrangements for us before and during our stay. We also enjoyed breakfasts prepared by our lovely maid, who kept the place spotless as well. We hope to be back!

What a great space! Huge bedrooms and living spaces, excellent outdoor space, very easy/quick access town (great restaurants) and beautiful beach clubs, and the golf cart is a huge key to getting around easily. The kitchen isn’t equipped to easily make big, complex family meals, but has the essentials and is a great layout. The concierge is amazing and a huge help. Highly recommend!

Awesome condo super central to everything in Punta Mita. Way bigger than expected, and the ground floor location was perfect for east access to the pool, yet was very private. The property manager was always quick to respond to any needs or questions we had, and helped with arranging drivers, babysitters, etc. Super relaxing, and wonderful way to see all the parts of Punta Mita!

Great place! Had everything you’d need and more - coffee maker, nespresso, french press, juicer, toaster oven, to name a few. The kitchen was also equipped with spices, so those that enjoy cooking can actually cook without buying extra ingredients. We especially enjoyed the golf cart and beach clubs - we visited all but the St. Regis Sea Breeze club which required a minimum of an add'l $85/adult, $40/kid (fees can we used for credit for food and beverage). Perfect space for families or a small gathering of friends. The first level location was convenient for access to the pool for the kids with ample patio and outdoor space. The daily housekeeper was a nice addition - providing fresh towels, cleaning the rooms, and even put all our dishes away. Looking forward to returning!

The condominium was great. We were a group of 7 - 2 adults, 4 teens, and a 7-year old. We have traveled a lot but never to Punta Mita. It was a beautiful location. The condo is huge. The online photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space. Very clean. And it was awesome being on the ground floor and could walk right out to the pool and open space. Very unique “canal” pool connecting the two pools. We rented a golf cart and explored the area. We enjoyed all the beach clubs; and we went into town for dinner most nights - neat and fun restaurants along the beach. Cristina and staff were very helpful and answered all our questions in advance and helped throughout our stay. I definitely recommend visiting and staying at the condominium. Good times for sure.

What an amazing spot, super easy and extremely helpful with ongoing needs. Basically had our own concierge the entire time.

I have stayed a lot of vacation rentals and nice hotels and this place was hands down the most amazing place I have ever been. Even though it is technically a condo, it doesn’t feel like one. The layout is great for 2 families. Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities you would find at a five star resort. Easy check in and the fact that the golf cart is included was great! Plenty of beach clubs and restaurants are included with the reservation as well as daily cleaning. One of the best parts about this unit is that it is on the ground floor so the patio opens up to the private outdoor space and there is a large grassy area in front of the pool. Christina, the onsite manager is a great communicator and is available for questions and recommendations anytime. I hope we get the opportunity to stay at this oasis again… it was truly paradise.

Our sixth time to punta mita and second time renting Bernandos place. A perfectly comfortable spot for my family of six with access to all of punta mitas amazing amenities. We had a great stay, again.

Great unit in the Punta Mita development. There's a pool nearby, and the central location is great for getting to all points on the peninsula. Bernardo's unit was terrific - nicely decorated, and Cristina the concierge was a huge help. We will definitely by back.

We loved this place. It is beautiful and stylish. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is perfectly located on the golf course and with the swimming canal steps away from the back patio. Cristina was very helpful in answering questions and arranging transportation from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
