We had an amazing trip to Punta Mita. Location of the condo was perfect – quiet but close to town and centrally located to everything inside the gates. The condo layout was perfect for the group we had, and the outdoor space was truly magical. Also loved the unique pools connected by a channel - perfect for a quick dip right outside of our door.

The Las Terrazas condo development is in a fantastic, central location within the Punta Mita resort. Unit B-12, in particular, has one of the best spots in the building. We loved the walk-out level that opens directly onto beautifully maintained landscaping and a unique pool area with expansive views of the golf course. We were a family of five, including two teenagers, and it was perfect for us. Having the golf cart made it incredibly fun and easy to get to all the beach clubs. We visited most of them, but the Surf Club was our favorite. The unit itself is very spacious, but it could use a little love. The lighting is quite dim, which made it hard to do makeup or see well at night. The bathrooms could benefit from some updates and a deeper clean, as the darker décor and slight dampness made them feel a bit musty. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and amenities.

We just returned from a magical vacation in Punta Mita. We were so happy with the house and the wonderful hosts who helped with everything—from airport rides, extra golf cart and a private chef. The outdoor living space was just as loved (if not more!) than the indoor areas, and the kids were obsessed with the bunk room. We also really appreciated having the six-seater golf cart and how close the house was to town—it made it easy to get anywhere we needed within the gates and to pop out for dinner, market runs, and more. The host was incredibly responsive and we were also so appreciative of the sweet lady who cleaned the unit for us everyday while we were out. We look forward to coming back soon!

The property was stunning and well kept. The communication with the staff was excellent and they were available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommended this property! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had the most wonderful and luxurious family vacation here! The beach clubs were amazing. Keep in mind that some beach clubs and amenities have a fee associated with it and can be costly. The Airbnb has everything you need and the house cleaner did a wonderful job. The host is extremely responsive and helpful!

It’s a gorgeous area with lots of activities. A shout out to Andrea, who was exceptional in quick responses, resolving questions quickly and overall dedicated and friendly. She really made it happen. Housekeeper was really good too.

Five star stay at this listing! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to visit again! A truly wonderful week with our family, thanks to the incredible Andrea who was extremely responsive and accommodating. She arranged everything for us from transportation to purchasing groceries and organizing daily breakfast and a day trip to Sayulita. We felt so safe and enjoyed the luxuries of a hotel (daily cleaning) mixed with the space and comfort of our own home (kitchen and living room) can’t wait to come back!!!

One of the most amazing vacations we’ve had and I actually got to enjoy it because Cris our maid was absolutely phenomenal. Andrea was the best answering all of questions promptly. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Andrea was an amazing house manager. She arranged for our airport transportation, an extra golf cart, reservations at some of the local restaurants, assistance with golf tee times, etc. She was always quick to respond and very friendly. We had a couple of maintaince issues and they were taken care of immediately. Andrea also arranged for our housekeeper Cris to prepare breakfast for us daily which was delicious. We loved the location of the condo and the first floor location. The large patio and grass area made the large condo feel even bigger. The condo was very comfortable but could use a little updating in the kitchen. The only other thing was that there was no closet or dresser in the 2 queen bedroom. A dresser or two in the bunk room would also be helpful as kids are not likely to hang all of their clothes. That being said, we loved our stay! The service and people in the resort area and town were always so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
