Since your visit, all of the concerns you mentioned have been fully resolved — the pool has been repaired and is now in perfect working order. Flamingo is a very safe & secure area, so there really is no need to have gated parking. I have been living here for 5 years and always leave my car parked outside overnight and have never had any issues, neither have any of our guests!
