This is the second time that we have stayed at the house and everything is spectacular!!!

The house is very nice, spacious and well equipped. The host was friendly and responsive when we needed him. However, the house is advertised as oceanfront, but there was a lot of seaweed and it was impossible to get into the ocean. We understand that seaweed is a natural phenomenon and that it is not the host's responsibility, but I think it is important for future guests to check the seaweed season carefully. Overall, the house is nice and the host is attentive to your needs.

We had an amazing stay at Casa de Sol. Our group consisted of three adults and five children aged 10–13, and the property met all of our needs exceptionally well. The pool was wonderful, and the lagoon access was a real highlight. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic. Being at the end of town made it quieter than staying in the centre, while still providing easy access to everything Akumal has to offer. We made great use of the bikes, cycling to the beach, exploring the area, and heading into town for dinner. Everything felt very safe. We were welcomed by the owner, who was warm and accommodating. Alex, the concierge, was outstanding throughout our stay, helping with recommendations, bookings, transportation, and rental cars. My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beachfront home on Akumal bay. They have everything you need to enjoy the beach and to have family dinners either outside or inside. The host was very helpful with answering all our questions and in connecting us with a great Mariachi band to help celebrate my wife's birthday. Naomi & Jorge took very good care of us and made the stay extra enjoyable. We hope to be back next year to do it all over. Great job team Casa San Francisco!

The house is super spacious, very nice for long stays and with the whole family. The view is beautiful, and the house managers are attentive.

Wonderful location. Amenities were amazing. The only issue not related to the host or the AirBnB was the seaweed made the beach experience poor. We will definitely be back in November or December when the seaweed leaves the area. The hosts were amazing and very responsive.

We had a great stay in Akumal. Akumal direct were very responsive and we could always reach them via text. The house keepers cleaned and tidied daily. The property steps onto a beachfront with access to some incredible snorkelling over a coral reef home to loads of amazing sea life.

I’ve stayed in Mexico several times at several Airbnb’s. This one was right on the water, which was great. You could walk down the beach to a restaurant one way and back down the beach to a restaurant the other way. There was a Cenote 50 yards down the road that was absolutely beautiful. The maid and gardener that lived upfront, clean constantly and took care of the pool constantly. There was a problem with the pool that they had no control of and they fixed it that same day, which is surprising because I do Pools for a living. Unheard of speed to repair something. Which basically means management is on top of things.

What a beautiful house. As soon as we arrived, we fell in love with it. Everything was perfect. Restaurants nearby, public beach nearby, everything exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were readily available to answer our questions. A wonderful week.

There were 10 of us for a 50th birthday party and the house was absolutely ideal and exceeded expectations. The lagoon was gorgeous (tip - go early or late as it does get busy but that isn't a bother when your hanging around the house as it is just far enough away to give you privacy) The outdoor living area was so perfect, people can be in the pool, playing cards, in the kitchen and all still feel like your together. The beds were comfortable, washrooms clean, everything worked and the staff were so kind. Trip of a lifetime!
