Beachfront 5 bedroom luxury villa w/pool and wifi

my family and I had a wonderful time. very restful and relaxing. enjoyed the ocean and beach walks. we are con's going again.

We had a great time! It was so nice to be able to walk to some bars and the swimmable beach area. We loved Jungle Fish Beach Club short walk to the left of the house with great food and service. We had the staff cook us a couple meals which was great. I’d definitely recommend stopping at the store on the way to the house though. It was $50 round trip cab ride to the go mart that’s only a few mins away to get snacks and drinks. It was such a relaxing space with non stop beach breeze.

We went to Casa San Francisco for spring break with 2 other families - 6 adults and 6 kids. The place was perfect! The pool was large enough and the beach is beautiful just beyond the pool. Though it is rocky so tougher to go in the water. The entire process of booking to checkout was super easy and very convenient. We preordered groceries that were picked up by the staff and had snacks and drinks made upon arrival (prearranged). The house is well stocked and spacious. The housekeepers, Jorge and Naomi (spelling?), were great, friendly, and responsive. They made delicious meals and were overall lovely! We are already talking about going back!

What can we say? This was an amazing rental. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The setting is exceptionally beautiful. The house staff was so easy to work with and so accommodating. All of their assistance was so helpful and so well thought out. We had a wonderful time and we were so sad to leave. Thank you.

Don’t even think about it…book now! Casa San Francisco is so beautiful and peaceful. Our hosts made us feel like home. The house is spacious, well maintained and you are right at the beach. White sand beaches are 10 min away…and drive from Cancun Airport was easy.

Peaceful, relaxing & beautiful! The house is very spacious and looks even better in person. The kitchen was also much more well stocked than most air bnbs. It was so nice to have a pool, beach and private outdoor spaces to enjoy with a gorgeous view of Akumal Bay. We even saw a sea turtle come up on the beach to make her nest one night. It was truly magical! The hosts are very responsive and the staff members are amazing. We had them cook dinner a couple times and it was delicious .

Airbnb fees were very high

To start, Guille Flores, the manager of the property is simply amazing. Her and the staff that works with her, are the reason that the vacation is top level experience. They are so helpful with the whole aspect of your stay. Providing breakfast lunch and dinner. Or helping you find somewhere to go as an excursion that more locals would go to experience. Simply just waking up with them brewing a fresh cup of coffee for you in the morning. Enough can never be said of their professionalism. Now to the house, pictures are very accurate. Of course, they never do it justice when you’re there in person. Views are stunning the beach is close. You just feel that you are in a spa like atmosphere! I certainly will come here again! The only recommendation is to upgrade to a better sound quality TV downstairs for night time viewing. Other than that, a worthwhile experience!

We had great service from the house manager, maid, and yard guy. Guille is the house manager and visited multiple times per day. She was VERY responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. We had indoor and outdoor cleaning 6 days a week. Our group had four couples who each had their own room with an en suite bathroom. Three had king beds. The casita had a queen bed. The fifth bedroom had two twins and a day bed where the kids slept. The twins could have been converted to a king if needed. The furnishings - indoor and out - are comfortable. Akumal Bay has a rocky entry so some surf shoes are a good idea. The closest place to eat (Jungle Fish) is about 15 minutes north on the beach and serves good seafood in a casual atmosphere. We had chef service for our breakfasts and dinners. They shopped, cooked and cleaned which made for an extra relaxing week.
