We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The location was convenient, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Rosi’s place was great. Awesome location and beautiful loft. The hill is steep but we made it up easy in our rental car, and it wasn’t a 4x4. Great views!!

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the convenience of having a pool right on the balcony after a long day at the beach. The staff was on point taking care of the place or anything that came up. Rosi was also very easy to work with when we had to make some last minute changes to our stay. Thanks again Rosi! Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The sliding door beside the pool was a particularly nice feature, and the property was beautifully presented. Our host was polite, professional, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The only area that could be improved is ensuring greater respect for guest privacy from the property staff (security, cleaners, and pool maintenance). A quick call or text notification before entering the space would be greatly appreciated, as we were caught off guard one evening when security passed by a window with a flashlight. A little more consideration in this area would make a big difference. That said, a big thank you to Rosi and the entire maintenance crew for creating such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere during our time in San Juan Del Sur.

Had a wonderful stay at Rosi’s place! Looked exactly as the pictures described. Very neat, clean and simply beautiful. The hill to get to the place is quite steep but we had a car and Rosi had a designated parking for us.

The place was nice, very clean, and very beautiful. The place is difficult to reach by taxi; there are very steep slopes. The host responds to questions, but nothing more. As mentioned, beware of scorpions; a product is provided in the accommodation. We encountered 3 large spiders, as well as two lizards, in the room. I think the insects come in through the main door, which has gaps. Overall, if you're not afraid of insects and slopes, I would still recommend the place.

Thank you again for your feedback and for your kind comments about the cleanliness and beauty of the loft. For context for future guests, April is one of the hottest months here, and in a tropical environment like Santa Cruz, insects can occasionally enter homes despite regular cleaning and preventative measures. Regarding access and check-in, Santa Cruz is a hillside location, which offers beautiful views but does mean the roads can be steep. We’re sorry to hear the instructions felt unclear — we do provide multiple resources including the Airbnb map, detailed written directions, and a Google Maps pin drop. Out of town taxis are not recommended as they don’t know the area and if you have a language barrier it will become difficult.

The place is just as the pictures, great views, the pool is excellent and clean. Good water pressure, cold a/c, and a calf workout with the hill. Walking distance to everything but if you're a solo traveler the street leading to house is not all that illuminated because of the locals that live there, so just as an FYI. We did have an issue with the fridge, but Rosi sent someone immediately and even brought us a bag of ice. Overall, would recommend.

This was a good stay in general. It was a touch dirtier than expected with a few stains on the couch and some bedding. The location is not ideal if you are walking as you have to walk up a very steep incline street to get to the house. This was an annoyance always on our mind. Overall we were ok with the stay. It was certainly not bad or we were certainly not unhappy, but it wasn’t glowing or the best place we’ve stayed at. Quite overpriced considering all factors. We would stay here again at a more reasonable price.

Rosi’s place looks exactly like the photos and is perfect for a couple. It’s about a 10min walk from the main street, allowing you to escape the noise and enjoy a great night’s sleep—ideal if you prefer not to stay in the middle of the action.

Loved the place. Very clean and spacious and in a good location. The pool and patio area is perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need for a weekend. Only recommendation is that you DO NOT follow Google Maps with the link listed. FOLLOW THE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. Unfortunately we found this out the hard way, but during the process of arrival Rosi was very responsive and of great help.
