The Space
This bespoke boutique-style loft comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features a private swimming pool and secure off-road parking, ensuring both convenience and privacy. Safety and discretion are our top priorities to guarantee a pleasant stay. Please note that the view may be partially obstructed at certain times of the year.
Located on the south side of town, the loft sits on a steep hillside within a quiet development, just a five-minute walk from the town center.
The two-bedroom loft includes:
- Two ensuite bedrooms, each with glass-enclosed showers and continuous hot water
- A luxurious king-size bed upstairs
- Two twin bunk beds downstairs
- An open-plan kitchen and living area that opens directly onto the beautiful swimming pool
- A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals
This space truly feels like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The location was convenient, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Rosi’s place was great. Awesome location and beautiful loft. The hill is steep but we made it up easy in our rental car, and it wasn’t a 4x4. Great views!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The sliding door beside the pool was a particularly nice feature, and the property was beautifully presented. Our host was polite, professional, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The only area that could be improved is ensuring greater respect for guest privacy from the property staff (security, cleaners, and pool maintenance). A quick call or text notification before entering the space would be greatly appreciated, as we were caught off guard one evening when security passed by a window with a flashlight. A little more consideration in this area would make a big difference. That said, a big thank you to Rosi and the entire maintenance crew for creating such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere during our time in San Juan Del Sur.

Had a wonderful stay at Rosi’s place! Looked exactly as the pictures described. Very neat, clean and simply beautiful. The hill to get to the place is quite steep but we had a car and Rosi had a designated parking for us.

The place was nice, very clean, and very beautiful. The place is difficult to reach by taxi; there are very steep slopes. The host responds to questions, but nothing more. As mentioned, beware of scorpions; a product is provided in the accommodation. We encountered 3 large spiders, as well as two lizards, in the room. I think the insects come in through the main door, which has gaps. Overall, if you're not afraid of insects and slopes, I would still recommend the place.

Rosi’s place looks exactly like the photos and is perfect for a couple. It’s about a 10min walk from the main street, allowing you to escape the noise and enjoy a great night’s sleep—ideal if you prefer not to stay in the middle of the action.

We really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment provided us with a very nice place to retreat to after our activities. The pool and views are just great. We also had a house cat who was always at Loft 6 waiting for us. Please feed her, give her water, and pet her. She will appreciate it very much and give a lot back to you.😻

Amazing place for a couple or small family. Good value for what you pay. Admittedly a bit of a walk from town and up the hill. The walk home is through the neighbourhood but we did not have any issues with safety. Overall we would recommend this place for a stay in San Juan del sur!

A really great place to stay at. Absolutely 5 stars. However, there are 3 things to note. 1. The mountain is really steep. You can already walk but halfway through your buttocks and calves burn a lot. 2. Replacement toilet paper rolls would have been great. 3. The apartment is only suitable for a couple or solo traveler. The room with the double beds is tiny.
