The Space
Situated on a hillside in San Juan del Sur, this cozy loft offers a private retreat just a three-minute drive from the town center. Upon arrival, you’ll find free off-road parking and a few steps leading to your own deck featuring a private swimming pool. Please note that the view may be partially obstructed during certain times of the year.
The loft combines a modern Nicaraguan style with privacy and security, providing a comfortable space all to yourself.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a deluxe bathroom with a glass-enclosed rain shower, his-and-her vanities, and a walk-in closet. From the king-sized bed, you can enjoy uninterrupted views, or use the electric blackout blinds if you prefer to sleep in.
Downstairs, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a hearty meal. After a day at the beach, relax by watching a movie in your preferred language or spend the evening stargazing from the cool deck.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire loft from the moment of arrival. Entry is keyless, ensuring convenience and privacy throughout your stay.
Smoking is not permitted indoors but allowed outside; an ashtray is provided for your use.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the convenience of having a pool right on the balcony after a long day at the beach. The staff was on point taking care of the place or anything that came up. Rosi was also very easy to work with when we had to make some last minute changes to our stay. Thanks again Rosi! Would definitely stay again!

The place was amazing. A private villa, perfect for a couple getaway or a small family. The view from the private pool is impressive. It is also a short drive away from the town or any of the nearby beaches. We loved it!

This place was great! The water pressure was amazing and the hot water showers was one of our favorite parts! The button for the curtain was tricky to find but once we found the controls on the wall near the bed it was no problem! The power did go off in the area a few times, I just had to wake up to turn the AC back on. It got pretty warm without the AC. Overall a really great place to stay!! The kitchen is fully furnished so we cooked all of our meals.

Santa Cruz Lofts are beautiful, clean, nice location, can get there with any car type, amazing host (Rosi), great views, cozy, great value and price. I have stayed in many houses and hotels in san juan, and I can highly recommend this one. really enjoyed it.

What a wonderful stay! We loved the space. The pool is fun as you just climb through the door of the living room and into the pool. Everything was neat, clean and modern. We recommend staying here and going into town for drinks, food and a great vibe.
