We LOVED Alberto's place. I would stay again in a minute. We were a group of 10-- two families with adult children. Almost everyone had their own room, but could easily have doubled the number with a partner for each. Plenty of bathrooms, with some being en suite. Two of the rooms were suites themselves with their own living area. The space was beautiful yet livable. Coffee on the roof terrace every morning. Soccer viewing on the large tvs. Game playing in the dining/atrium space. And easily walking the neighborhood every day They had snacks and drinks on arrival, as well as a fully stocked coffee and tea station. They communicated with us often, helping to answer questions and give suggestions. There is a coffee bar literally across the street, and others around the corner. Plenty of food options within minutes walk. Parque Mexico about a ten minute walk and Chapultepec about 20. I would definitely return!

This is an ideal location. The house had ample rooms for our group of 9 so no one had to share a room, although there are enough beds for 15-16 people. It’s a quiet street but within walking distance to some of the best cafes and bars in CDMX. The drive to Estadio Azteca and the airport are both very reasonable. I highly recommend staying here and checking out nearby places like Supra Roma at night and Lardo for breakfast.

Great house for a large group! Lots of private bedrooms with comfortable bathrooms. Really good beds with great pillows and nice sheets. Solid AC except in the main living room, it got quite warm so would be nice to have a solution for there too. Alberto was super responsive and really flexible with everything!

A truly incredible stay, with amazing hosts who allowed for a one-of-a-kind experience in CDMX. Our family planned a vacation for 17 people and were in love with the impressive Airbnb listing of Alberto and family’s home. While the listing was 100% accurate it was even more stunning in person! I never could have imagined 17 people could feel so comfortable and spacious in one home, but with the large rooms, high ceilings and tastefully decorated shared spaces, it felt like we each could slip away to our own private rooms and recharge in between activities. The kitchen and dining space was the perfect space to host a private chef for our first night, which Alberto and his family helped recommend an outstanding chef for us. The neighborhood is situated on a super quiet street but central to Condesa. Lastly, Alberto and family were so attentive, quick to reply, genuinely caring and invested in our stay - it was touching and rounded out a perfect four night stay for our family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. The house was spotless and beautifully designed—every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. One of the most special touches was the artist oil painting kits left for guests in honor of Art Week. It was such a creative, generous surprise and made the stay feel truly memorable and personal. We loved the home so much that we were enthusiastically sharing the rental information with people we met while waiting in line at the Frida Kahlo Museum—that’s how special this place is. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-cared-for home with an exceptional host. Also, love the Coffee/Bike Shop across the street!

Great place for a big group!

The most incredible Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We booked this place for all of my family for my wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. If you get the chance, stay here!! ❤️

The place was excellent! It was perfect for my large family traveling to Mexico City. The location can't be beat and the space itself was just what we needed. Alberto was on top of everything, very communicative and responsive to our needs and accommodating as much as possible. 100% recommend! The space is a little noisy, echos in the atrium and piping that makes loud noises.

This house, the location and services provided were exactly what we needed for a family reunion of 17 over the holidays. The house itself provided great spaces for full family gatherings along with smaller spaces to accommodate smaller groups to spend time together. The rooftop terrace was a particularly favorite. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The location was outstanding - easy walking distance to taquerias, great restaurants, several parks, coffee shops and convenience stores - large and small - for all our needs. The hosts were extremely attentive, both leading up to our visit and helping with special requests. Communication was excellent throughout. If there was any inconveniences it was the noisy water pump that was near a couple of the bedrooms - but this would not change the excellent review that each and every member of our group would give this outstanding house in the perfect location.

We had an amazing experience staying at Alberto's place. Alberto and his family were super responsive to any questions or requests we had. They were very accommodating - for example, we messaged them the day before we arrived, asking for high chairs and pack and plays and they made sure to have these things ready. It was a great house for a large group - everyone had their own room and bathroom. The place is spacious and clean, and the rooftop was the perfect place to hang out. The house is in an awesome location, walkable to parks, playgrounds, restaurants, cafes, shops, and art galleries. We definitely recommend staying here and would rebook with Alberto next time we are all in CDMX!

Great house for a group in a phenomenal location.

We had the best time in this Airbnb! It was everything we needed. The location is great and walking distance from parks and cafes. We spent the evenings on the rooftop patio which was wonderful. The neighborhood felt very safe and we never had any issues. We visited close to the day of the dead celebration and the house was beautifully decorated. Alberto was so communicative and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much for everything!

Alberto's place is fantastic! A group of 12 of us had such an amazing time in Mexico City - the house is in a wonderful location in Condesa. The area is peaceful and quiet at night, while also offering proximity to restaurants, taco spots, coffee shops and some bars. It's such a quick Uber ride/walk to Roma Norte or other lively spots. The house is setup in a way that you don't feel on top of each other - there's tons of space and all of the bathrooms and common/sitting areas were such a perk. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and decorated in a tasteful/contemporary way - beautiful! From start to finish, Alberto's communication was impeccable - he was direct, extremely helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He gave us great recommendations on activities and restaurants - we just didn't have enough time to try them all out! I'd highly recommend this Airbnb for a group - it was perfect!

This place is a true gem! We absolutely loved our stay. We booked Alberto’s villa for a team off-site for 9 of us and it was great. Plenty of room and space for a group, the rooftop and kitchen are ideal for hosting, and the area is so, so walkable. The property was perfect for our party. There were 16 of us and every one had a comfortable bed. The common areas worked really well. We were able to spend time together in a spacious area. The house is very cute and very tastefully decorated. The area is beautiful, there is everything nearby. Beto was super friendly and helped us with many requests! Your always immediate response. We hired the cleaning staff, Sonia and Blanca, they're wonderful. We were there for work sessions and took advantage of all the spaces. The only comment is that the dining area would be spectacular with natural ventilation, at noon it is very hot. The terrace is very spacious and very nice. The bedrooms are huge.

Alberto was a great host. He let us check in / drop our bags off early and was very flexible. Leading up to the trip he gave great recommendations but the house was the star of the trip. Truly amazing for a group. Would love to come back soon.

As Airbnb employees, we stayed here on a work trip. We had a group of 8 and the spacious layout made it easy for us to enjoy time together, and we loved being able to hire both a private dinner service and in-home massage during our stay. The rooftop deck was a highlight for relaxing and hanging out, and Alberto went above and beyond from the moment we booked — sending a video tour, being incredibly responsive, and accommodating our schedule. From the minute we arrived, we were in love with Alberto's home. This home is more then just the description and photos. The architectural layout allows the home to have a great flow for entertaining and hospitality. The color palette chosen for the interior evokes tranquility. I really enjoyed all of the botanical plants within the home. Once your ready to venture outside the neighborhood is perfect. You feel very comfortable walking around the neighborhood. The home is surrounded by small family owner businesses (restaurants, coffee shops, pastries). You are close to everything. Once again, our HOST was always a few minute text message away! I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to booking our next time back! Great Job Alberto! You were an instrumental part to my family falling in love with Mexico City! This home truly represents the best of Mexico!

Alberto is an amazing host. He is very communicate, flexible, and helpful! He helped me and my friends get a private chef, had a great recommendations, and really nice. I would 100% come back to visit and would always recommend to stay in his villa.

We had our wedding in Mexico City and Alberto’s place was a true “compound” that could accommodate all our closest friends. That house was spacious and each bedroom felt private (plus AC!), but it had just the right amount of common areas for people to gather and chat over drinks and meals. Photos really don’t do justice to how beautiful the space is. Airy. Lots of light. The area around the house was quiet but close to lots amazing bars and restaurants. Would seriously recommend Alberto’s place for any large groups.

Stayed here for my bachelorette with 18 girlfriends! The house was absolutely stunning & spacious! My biggest thing about airbnb’s is cleanliness & this house was spotless! The beds were super comfortable & the linens smelled like fresh laundry! We were also very happy that every bedroom had AC! The neighborhood is so cute! lots of great shops, cafes, & restaurants all around the corner! We rarely needed an uber! The host is very responsive, gave us amazing recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood, & came quickly when we had a minor issue (our fault, not theirs lol). I hope to stay here again the next time I travel to cdmx with a big group! thank you again for such an amazing stay! :)

Alberto’s home is stunning and right in the heart of Condesa. We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was incredibly easy, the house had everything we needed and the beds were an absolute standout (so comfortable and the sheets were so soft). It’s a great place for a large group. Alberto is also one of the best hosts I’ve ever seen. We had many questions leading up to the stay and Alberto was incredibly responsive and gave us a number of local recommendations that turned out to be perfect. He also made it possible for us to check in early and check out late and he was so friendly.

Loved our stay had our whole wedding party stay together as it’s the only space large enough and accurately described (others mislead about bedroom, multiple building multiple blocks away, accessibility) but Alberto was dead on in the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve found in CDMX over my 10 years visiting

This villa was amazing. The location is incredible, and it made me look like a rock star booking for my traveling business group. I highly recommend that it's 50 feet from an amazing coffee spot, too, which just ups the value!

Alberto and his crew were very quick to respond from pre-booking through our stay. The space was lovely and as described. The beds were super comfortable, and our crew loved hanging on the rooftop. Very easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Also super close to multiple yoga studios, Gym24 (local gym), and running around Amsterdam Circle if your group is into working out.

This is a truly excellent place to stay in Mexico City! The place itself it gorgeous - spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything you need, great spaces to hang out and large bedrooms for everyone. Everything is comfortable and high-quality - including the beds! The neighborhood is safe and has so many cafes and restaurants and shops super close by. We were here for a work trip, and we had plenty of room for our meetings and for everyone to have their own private space. Also, Alberto is a truly amazing host. He is responsive 24/7 and is so helpful and friendly with everything! Highly recommend for any group! I will definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place for a big group in the best neighborhood! The roof was especially fabulous and our group spent a lot of time on it! The place was clean, comfortable, and has great spaces for multiple families/guests. Alberto was so responsive- we had an issue with the fridge and they had someone there in under 5 minutes. An amazing home, especially for large parties. Several of the 9 (by my count) bedrooms are gorgeous, almost all better than you'll get at a hotel, and all but 3 had private bathrooms. There is a large ground floor dining area adjacent to an open plan kitchen, great for groups, as is the rooftop patio overlooking the tree-lined residential street. The Condesa location is perfect. There's a restaurant with great breakfast (though spotty hours) directly across the street, and around the corner there's a coffee shop with fantastic pastries and an Ecobici public bike rental dock (like Citibike in Manhattan). Walk three minutes in any direction and you'll be on lovely avenues with bars and restaurants. Most importantly the hosts are incredibly helpful with tips, reservations, as well as reponding to anything wrong at the house. They could run at hotel. THANK YOU.

Amazing

Our large group had a lovely stay here for a birthday celebration! The location in Condesa was perfect - super cute, safe and walkable to surrounding restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and bars. It’s also very walkable to the neighborhoods of Roma and Reforma which is really convenient. The space itself was perfect for our group - spread out across 3 levels with many bedrooms (most with private baths), open space for hanging out and a fantastic roof deck where we hosted cocktail hour. Alberto connected us with a fantastic caterer who made planning the event easy peasy. The whole space was spotless with ample, clean linens in every room. Bathrooms were equally clean with great water pressure in showers. The kitchen has a separate faucet with filtered water and the hosts even provided additional bottle water. Given our large group size, we had several questions before our trip and Alberto couldn’t have been more helpful. Super responsive, proactive and shared great local recommendations

We had an amazing time staying at Alberto's gorgeous villa in Condesa. It was large, well designed and in the most convenient location. We walked to many coffee shops and restaurants, and felt safe doing so. The biggest bonus was that Alberto was an awesome host, who responded incredibly fast whenever we had any questions and made sure we were well taken care of. Keep in mind that the villa does not have central AC, so it did get a little warm in the middle of the day, but was very manageable at night with all the fans that were provided or with the windows open during the day. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a big group of people who all want to stay together in the same place.

Alberto's home is an excellent choice, and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a place to stay in Mexico City! It is by far the best AirBnb experience I have ever had. I hosted an engagement party here for 16 guests. I asked Alberto to provide recommendations for things to do nearby, as well as options to hire various private services for our event at the AirBnb. Alberto was very responsive and referred me to an excellent chef, who provided full service dinner in the AirBnb with musicians, a live painter, and more. Alberto was very accommodating to allow for an early check-in due to some guests arriving early, and Alberto's father was present upon arrival to show us around the house. Additionally, he went out of his way to bring us a blender, per our private chef's request. Even with 16 people, we comfortably fit everybody with extra beds to spare. Everybody was raving about how beautiful this home is, and I could not have imagined a more perfect stay. Thank you Alberto!

I cannot say enough about this AirBNB and Alberto. The AirBNB was in absolutely the most perfect location in CDMX, it was clean, and the amenities were great. Alberto and his Team were some of the best hosts who I have had the pleasure of working with. They were super thorough in their responses and incredibly quick. They supported us with organizing some of our transportation and tour needs and it was just so unbelievably seamless and easy. 10/10 experience. I cannot recommend this listing enough.

This was the best Airbnb property I've ever stayed at. Appreciated the aesthetic, a unique residence that used to be an art gallery. Lots of light and modern touches that felt like a high end home. In addition, the location is great as it's central to so many places. Staying here totally added to the overall CDMX experience for all of the guests. The attention to detail was a huge plus, Alberto has truly thought of everything and was extremely communicative with any questions we had before and during our stay. This home will not disappoint, it will only add to your Mexico City experience in an incredible way!

We stayed here on a dad getaway with a bunch of friends and had a wonderful time. Christian and company were SO helpful, and SO responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were super happy to find a spot large enough to accommodate our large group.

Christian’s home was beautiful. Absolutely immaculate, with thoughtful touches throughout the house. He was extremely accommodating of our complex circumstances and communicated very promptly. The house is in an ideal neighborhood: quiet, but nearby lots of great restaurants, bars, and parks—which Christian provided fantastic recommendations for!

If you are travelling with a large group, this is the place you MUST book. Photos do not do this property justice. The hosts have done a great job designing, decorating and minding the small details. For example, water pressure and availability of on demand hot water is terrific - 5 star status. The hosts themselves are enthusiastic and very quick to respond to any queries, suggestions, and recommendations. Book this property. Treat yourself.
