We LOVED Alberto's place. I would stay again in a minute. We were a group of 10-- two families with adult children. Almost everyone had their own room, but could easily have doubled the number with a partner for each. Plenty of bathrooms, with some being en suite. Two of the rooms were suites themselves with their own living area. The space was beautiful yet livable. Coffee on the roof terrace every morning. Soccer viewing on the large tvs. Game playing in the dining/atrium space. And easily walking the neighborhood every day They had snacks and drinks on arrival, as well as a fully stocked coffee and tea station. They communicated with us often, helping to answer questions and give suggestions. There is a coffee bar literally across the street, and others around the corner. Plenty of food options within minutes walk. Parque Mexico about a ten minute walk and Chapultepec about 20. I would definitely return!

This is an ideal location. The house had ample rooms for our group of 9 so no one had to share a room, although there are enough beds for 15-16 people. It’s a quiet street but within walking distance to some of the best cafes and bars in CDMX. The drive to Estadio Azteca and the airport are both very reasonable. I highly recommend staying here and checking out nearby places like Supra Roma at night and Lardo for breakfast.

Great house for a large group! Lots of private bedrooms with comfortable bathrooms. Really good beds with great pillows and nice sheets. Solid AC except in the main living room, it got quite warm so would be nice to have a solution for there too. Alberto was super responsive and really flexible with everything!

Alberto and the Airbnb are both lovely ! Would highly recommend. The house is stunning and comfortable and a great location. Alberto was also very kind and responsive. We hope to be back in the future ◡̈

This place was amazing. Gorgeous space, amazing light, great location. Extremely comfortable rooms and a lovely roof to hang out on. And Alberto was both helpful and accomodating. Definitely recommend.

Don’t hesitate to book with Alberto. Our stay was flawless and he was proactive with details as well as recommendations. We stayed there comfortably with 12 guests and had 0 issues. Everything is exactly as advertised. 10/10

My expectations were high. But the reality exceeded my expectations. Alberto (and his family) were always responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The place was great. And in a great area. I would be happy to go back again.
