Beautiful place in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. 10 steps from 5th street. Very responsive and great hosts.

Beautifully decorated Condo with high end surfaces. Located right in the middle of the action but felt very private once inside court yard. Great vacation spot with a 2 to 5 minute walk to beach/beach club.

Great location - walkable to beach and restaurants - and very private for such a high traffic neighborhood. Loved the pool. Secure parking space was also incredibly helpful. Carlos was easy to communicate with and super responsive.

Carlos was a pleasant, very responsive host. Our flight was very delayed, and we were still able to easily enter at 3am. Fernanda helped settle us in the next morning, and any questions we had were quickly responded to. We liked that the condo was appointed with bar soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and beach towels -- these days many AirBnBs don't have a full suite of toiletries, which can be frustrating if you arrive too late to buy such things. The compound was pleasant, and sitting outside in the courtyard was relaxing, as was relaxing inside. The beds were comfortable. The area is walkable, and we didn't need to take a taxi once. It is also an easy 12 minute walk to/from the ADO bus station, if that's how you're getting from the airport or using the ADO to see further flung parts of Mexico.

The best condo I have found in Playa, in the best location. Do not doubt one thing about this place it's perfect.. Carlos is a TOP NOTCH Host. The only downside to the entire experience is I cannot take the bed and the bathtub with me.. Lol

Just see the previous reviews. I can’t sum it up better that that. “Steps” away from the action but, nestled in such a way that you feel like you are away from the action. Rental car place literally across the street. Beach 3 blocks away. Starbucks on the corner.

The apartment was great! Very well decorated and spacious. Carlos and his daughter were always very responsive and helpful. Neighbors were friendly too. The apartment is just steps away from many restaurants and the beach. There are also many activities to do in the area. The location is awesome. The live music stopped at midnight which was a relief.

Carlos and her family are exceptional hosts. They respond to questions very quickly and present to help. 10/10.

This was the perfect place for us. Great location to 5th Ave with all the food and fun available to us. We walked everywhere. The condo was exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Carlos was the most responsive host I have ever dealt with. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Playa del Carmen.

Our stay at this condo was truly a great experience overall. Everything went very smoothly from our communication with Carlos who responded to us very quickly at all times. Carlos was travelling out of the country and his son, Carlos Jr. did an excellent job of filling in as our host. We were warmly greeted and the check in experience was flawless. Carlos Jr. took the time to show us everything we needed to know, he was super friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The condo location is amazing! So close to the action yet just far enough off 5th Avenue to feel like an oasis in the middle of town. There were a few minor maintenance issues with a bathroom faucet and a water leak during heavy rain, but Carlos took care of these very quickly. There are many new condo projects in the area, however this place stood out with its well appointed designer interior that gave it a very sophisticated look, high ceilings and glass wall that was unlike the generic modern cookie cutter condos.

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of town, we were able to head out on a whim. The house itself was stunning and very thoughtfully decorated. Carlos arranged for transportation for us. If we're ever back in Playa del Carmen, we'll definitely be staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in the appartement! It is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need for a wonderful time in Playa del Carmen. +++ The beds are so comfortable, like clouds! The communication was easy and we felt very welcome. The space is really beautiful, and like an oasis inside of the city. We felt very safe. We rarely saw the neighbors and the shared space is lovely. We work online and the wifi was perfect. The location is amazing, right in the center of everything, so you can walk everywhere, we really enjoyed it. The down side (not related to the appartment itself) is the noise, every evening around 7pm until very late you can hear the bars from the main street and it can be loud if you are a light sleeper.

What a gorgeous condo. It’s location was around the corner from Fifth Avenue with all the lively activities and down the block from The Reef 28’s adult only rooftop pool and Mamitas beach club. It couldn’t have been better located. Its artfully decorated with comfortable furnishings and bedding. The special touches made our stay delightful. Its poolside with a lovely deck. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Amazing location right in the heart of PDC, yet once you walk through the gate it’s like you are away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful loft - looks just like the photos. Amazing sunlight through the floor to feeling windows. Free parking in the garage was very much appreciated. Definitely not like the typical PDC condos which all look the same. Very responsive host, and there is always someone available if you need anything.

Great location, comfortable bed, beautiful home

Beautiful, stylish apartment in an ideal location one block from the action on Fifth and a couple blocks from the beach, yet a peaceful oasis as soon as you enter the door to the cozy open air complex. It was perfect for our group of two parents and three teenagers. The pool is "adult depth" so need to keep that in mind for young kids. I can't say enough positive about the quality of the space, kindness and availability of the hosts Maria and Carlos, and the great location. Based on other reviews, I was looking forward to seeing the place--in the end, it exceeded all my expectations. Truly a highlight of our visit to Playa del Carmen.

Great apartment very centrally located!

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect as well you’re close to everything. Carlos and his daughter were very responsive and his daughter even helped us book a day at a beach club. They were super responsive and helpful. Also the beds were extremely comfortable! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

FIVE STAR CONDO Let me start by saying, location, location, location! This fabulously stylish condo is smack dab in the middle of everything; just open up those wooden doors and you’re in the middle of it all! No car needed, however, parking is included…. We were met at the condo by Carlos’s daughter who showed us around. From the moment we walked in, we could tell that this space was a step above the rest. The condo is absolutely beautiful decorated with gorgeous furniture and accessories, it looks even better in n person! Everything was top notch, and the bed may have been the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in! We’ve stayed at various Airbnb around the world and this was easily our favorite! Communication with Carlos, the host, was wonderful throughout, he’s extremely responsive and accommodating. If you’re searching for an amazing place to stay in Playa near the beach and 5th Ave, stop looking, this is the one! I can’t wait to return. Thanks Carlos and family for an amazing stay!

LOVED this home. The location could not have been any better right off of 5th Avenue and a block from the beach. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed at and Carlos and his daughter went above and beyond to help out with anything.

Our stay was amazing! LOVED the location and the condo was so spacious! Felt very safe and it was really nice to be able to order Uber eats as well. Carols and his daughter were AMAZING, even helped me get airport transpiration and the driver was fantastic!

Place was just as described. Awesome location, just walk out the door and you’re in the middle of 5th Avenue. A bazillion great places to eat, few minutes walk to the beach. Comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. Carlos was a super host and very welcoming. Would definitely come back 😎

5 stars! Carlos and his family went above and beyond the call of duty for my wife and I. They were extremely responsive any time we needed anything and even helped us find a nearby apartment when we decided to extend our stay at the last second. Great location right next to 5 Ave and short walk to the beach. Very comfortable accommodations with everything you need. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Carlos and family made it even more special with all of their attentiveness. Strongly recommend this place. It is in the middle of everything. You can here a little noise from 5th avenue but not enough to wake you from your sleep. Looking forward to our next stay which will hopefully be a month long. Carlos is definitely a superhost.

Location was perfect and easy to reach the beach & 5th AV. The decor was beautiful. Master bed was super-soft, but may be too soft for some. The a/c did not work on last day, but we did not call to have it fixed as we were heading out. Fer was a great hostess and easy to reach if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

OMG I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay while I was visiting Playa Del Carmen! This place has so much to offer and you will not be disappointed! The location was fabulous as it was right on 5th Avenue (where you wanna be in PDC for bars, restaurants, shopping, etc.) given the fact it was pretty central location wise, it was quieter than I expected! You could still hear some music at night but it wasn’t anything too crazy! Also your a few minutes walk to the beach which is so nice! The pool area at the accommodation is great and relaxing as well! The check in process was pretty simple and the condo was easy to find given it’s location! The condo itself is beautiful and has so much unique decor and is very spacious! The Wi-Fi worked great as I was working remotely there for the week. The only thing I found a bit off about the place was the master bed was very plushy and a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on (I felt like I was sinking into it!) so I ended up just sleeping in the second bedroom which was great! Otherwise, I loved everything about it and look forward to when I can return for another amazing stay! Also, you can do UberEats or use Rappi (like the InstaCart of Mexico) for food if you feel like saying it! It was very simple to use thanks to the amazing location and set up of this place! Highly recommend staying here!!!

The home is beautifully decorated and in an amazing location. I lived in Playa for over a year and come back frequently to visit, and the location of this condo is the best by far. It's like a quiet, private little oasis situated in the middle of everything. Check in was super easy, the shower pressure was excellent and that bed was a pleasant surprise. I sunk right into it. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is great and beautiful. It has anything you need and extra space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very clean and modern decoration. Carlos was really helpful and also his daughter Fernanda. Would definitely stay again next time

Beautiful home with very high ceilings, confy couch & Roku, so close to beach & 5th. Keypad entry & lockbox very convenient for accessibility. A little loud if you're trying to sleep before midnight, mattress quite soft, somewhat lack of privacy being ground level with large windows but can always close the blinds. Very enjoyable stay!

The apartment looks even nicer and bigger in person. The ceiling are high and the decor is nice and warm. Carlos is very communicative and the apartment was a great choice. Would definitely recommend.

Carlos was super accommodating. We initially had another Airbnb somewhere else that didn't have power. It was around midnight and Carlos came through and allowed us to rent his place late night and had someone meet us on site to greet us within 20 minutes! I only wish it was ocean front but otherwise the place is super cute and I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfectly situated in Playa del Carmen. It was within walking distance of great restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. There is a secure parking garage below the complex which was great for my family. We rented a car and went on daily excursions south of Playa del Carmen. The condo is surprisingly quiet within the secure walls of the compound considering it is so close to 5th Avenue! The beds were super comfortable, possibly more comfortable than mine at home! Great place and seemed really safe and easy to get in to.

The interior was very pretty. The accessibility to the restaurants was good, and it was the best on the street. It can be difficult for people who are sensitive to sleep because of the sound of a bar or restaurant singing that only echoes until late.

What a stunning place; great design, everything in the house is high-end and it’s in a great part of playa Del Carmen.

I would recommend anyone to book this place.

Carlos’s place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Carlos was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. I would 100 percent recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

Beautiful location, just off 5th Ave in the centre of Playa del Carmen. Minutes walk from the beach. Nice private pool in the complex, gorgeous property and amazing bed! Carlos was a very accommodating host as we had to check in very late. Would stay again.

Wow, as suggested by others it is better than the photos. Small immaculately maintained complex of 12 units but feels like even fewer. The onsite condo staff keep the place so clean it is hard to imagine. Carlos is so responsive and helpful upon request but leaves you alone to enjoy your stay. He even recommended a dentist upon request. We were a family of four with children ages 5 and 7 and the pool was perfect for all of us. It is super hot in June and the A/C worked great, no problems with internet or TV as we wanted to see all the women world cup games (and did). Starbucks is 20 feet away on the touristy 5th Ave such that the location could not be better. You can walk to everything. We had a car in the garage and only drove it one time. Beds are amazing and the layout of the unit is perfect. Added touches of fresh fruit, cold beverages and provided ice and water were a big plus along with bathroom amenities and laundry soap. We actually want to leave Tulum early to get back to this great spot. Yep, the seagrass is still an issue but my rating is for the rental not the beach. This condo is in the best location in Playa especially given the seagrass issue. The style of the place is simple and modern just the way we like it. Lastly, try Oh LaLa restaurant if you visit. Food is pricey (same as SF prices) but great. Thanks again Carlos!

Just got back from our stay at Carlo's place. I cannot express enough how fantastic this condo is. The pictures don't really provide the true experience. Everything about this condo is top notch. The location is seconds from 5th street and just a few minutes to the beach. The condo itself is very well decorated, style and comfort all in one. Inside the building feels like you could be anywhere in the world without realizing that your steps away from the very busy and very active 5th street. I would definitely stay here again and would most definitely recommend this place to others. Carlos and his wife are great hosts and were there for us immediately for anything that we needed during our stay. 5 STARS all the way around!!!

Wow this place is truly amazing! Location couldn’t be better just a few steps and you’re right on 5th Avenue and the beach is just a couple of minutes away as well. The apartment is even better than in the pictures, super clean, nicely decorated and overall just got a great vibe to it. The quality of life while staying here was really good :) Carlos is a really great host as well and really went out of his way to make our stay as good as possible! Also good communication with quick answers all the time.

This place is fabulous! The location is quite central, but it feels like a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. We spent quite a few mornings eating croissants. drinking coffee, and reading on the porch, and it was lovely and serene (there is a Starbucks about 3 meters away!). The pool was rarely used by the other residents, but when it was, we welcomed the company from the other lovely families staying at adjoining units. The unit is beautifully appointed and is even nicer than the photos appear. We came here with two teenagers who loved the vibe, and appreciated the proximity to the beach and 5th Avenue (But especially the comfortable, bunk bed bedroom in which to sleep late into the morning!) We have visited Playa several times before, but this apartment was by far the nicest, most convenient, and most relaxing location yet! Gracias and Feliz Navidad!

Second time here at 5:28. LOCATION so amazing. The Sonos system was updated since last time so even easier to put on your jams for you holiday. A+++

I've been coming to PDC for nearly 20 years and hands down his is the best location I've stayed as far as central for walking to everything. There's a bit of noise on the weekends but things calm down fairly early-and this is a resort town so don't stay in the city if you can't handle a bit of noise. Restaurants, taxes, beach, etc. are all within a few minutes walk and the interior of this building is super calm with plenty of space to relax and lounge enjoying the tropic weather. The interior is super comfortable and it was very easy to get into vacation mode quickly thanks to the quality of the furniture, bed sheets, comfort of bed, etc. One big bonus was the Bose sound system which you can quickly connect to Sonos via your smartphone! Will hope this rental is available on my next trip to PDC!!

It is a plus how nice and well decorated the condo is. They were attentive to some requests we made and were concerned about helping us out. Very central and conveniently located. It is as you can see in the photos and description.

For future visitors to Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend this house. The location is excellent and the accommodations are exactly as you se le in the pictures. The beds are super comfortable (if you like soft beds) the entertainment systems are above average. Would definitely stay there again. And also, Carlos is a great host, he will respond to everything you ask and need
