The other bedroom has a double bunk beds .very comfortably for 2 adults but it can accommodate 4 guess (the bunk set has two double beds )and also private bathroom The apartment can receive 6 guests ,comfortably 4 guests It is decorated with amazing furniture of "Restoration Hardware", and Italians furniture made the difference The bedrooms have a led TV ,the living room has a spectacular curve nano TV 55" With speakers It has a stereo sense around music system " Sonos “. Washer, dryer, internet, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a very complete italian kitchen is included. It has a private terrace just in front of the swimming pool. Beautifully decorated Condo with high end surfaces. Located right in the middle of the action but felt very private once inside court yard. Great vacation spot with a 2 to 5 minute walk to beach/beach club.

Great location - walkable to beach and restaurants - and very private for such a high traffic neighborhood. Loved the pool. Secure parking space was also incredibly helpful. Carlos was easy to communicate with and super responsive.

Carlos was a pleasant, very responsive host. Our flight was very delayed, and we were still able to easily enter at 3am. Fernanda helped settle us in the next morning, and any questions we had were quickly responded to. We liked that the condo was appointed with bar soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and beach towels -- these days many AirBnBs don't have a full suite of toiletries, which can be frustrating if you arrive too late to buy such things. The compound was pleasant, and sitting outside in the courtyard was relaxing, as was relaxing inside. The beds were comfortable. The area is walkable, and we didn't need to take a taxi once. It is also an easy 12 minute walk to/from the ADO bus station, if that's how you're getting from the airport or using the ADO to see further flung parts of Mexico.

The best condo I have found in Playa, in the best location. Do not doubt one thing about this place it's perfect.. Carlos is a TOP NOTCH Host. The only downside to the entire experience is I cannot take the bed and the bathtub with me.. Lol

Just see the previous reviews. I can’t sum it up better that that. “Steps” away from the action but, nestled in such a way that you feel like you are away from the action. Rental car place literally across the street. Beach 3 blocks away. Starbucks on the corner.

The apartment is in a perfect location right off of 5 Avenida Norte, the pedestrian strip filled with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. We were staying at another Airbnb that just didn't work out for us and booked Carlos' apartment at the last minute. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated with super high ceilings. The courtyard right outside with the pool never felt crowded, and we barely saw our neighbors. Carlos and his daughters were gracious and responsive hosts. We definitely recommend this apartment and Carlos and his family as hosts. We plan on bringing our family back and hopefully will stay in his 2 apartments there. Thank Carlos for swift response to our messages when we needed a new place to stay! We will be back!

The apartment was great! Very well decorated and spacious. Carlos and his daughter were always very responsive and helpful. Neighbors were friendly too. The apartment is just steps away from many restaurants and the beach. There are also many activities to do in the area. The location is awesome. The live music stopped at midnight which was a relief.
