This was our first time staying in Playa Del Carmen and Alizee's condos location is the best! You are so close to the beach and plenty of great options to eat. The condo is very spacious. Perfect for a family of four. Alizee was a super host responding quickly to my questions all week. We would totally stay here again!!

Prime location will be back!

We really loved the condo, nicely furnished. Aleize got back to us very quickly with a couple of questions, I wish I would have read her recommendation’s earlier. They were spot on. She’s a doll!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for two couples. Very clean, great locations, lovely balcony, pool area was awesome. The only two things that need improvement are: The beach chairs were broken and there were only two ( should be at least 4 ) There should be at least two beach towels per guest and some extra bath towels We would definitely book with Alize again ~ she was very friendly and helpful!

Great condo. Way better than stay at the far away resorts

Alizee's place was outstanding! Her check-in instructions were exact. The space is crisp, clean, and uncluttered. All linens, towels, and kitchen needs are there. Relaxing balcony. Awesome rooftop with pool, television, and ocean view. The condo was 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Avenue with various restaurants and dessert shops along the way. Close to 7-eleven stores for necessities and places to book your excursions. Alizee recommended a private taxi from the airport that was on time and reliable. I absolutely recommend this space. Bravo Alizee!

Wonderful apartment for a holiday and Alizee was a great host, always responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Alizee’s place is a slice of paradise in paradise. The building has a rooftop pool with ocean views, a gym, security and is walkable to just about everything. Her unit is 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Large, spacious, clean and a huge balcony that over hears lite live music from the street below. I strongly suggest checking out her place for your vacation, you will not be disappointed! I will be booking again. My partner and I vacation in Playa about 5 times a year and Alizees place has been the best we have stayed by far! Alizee is responsive and accommodating. She offered suggestions to restaurants, activities and even a mobile laundry service when we needed some items laundered. Alizee was also gracious enough to allow us to have a late check out as our car service didn’t pick us up until 12:30p. Check out was 11a. We simply asked and she was totally amenable and understanding. 5 🌟 to Alizee and her wonderful condo with the perfect location.

It is a very nice and clean apartment. A few steps from the sea and the 5th av. with all the first-class amenities.

The place was spacious, clean, full of light and really lovely. The balcony was a major bonus for relaxing, enjoying the warm air. The rooftop pool offers incredible ocean views, 2 hot tubs and a lovely pool. It was busy most of the days of our stay, and the crowd was quiet, friendly and respectful of one another, so it never felt rowdy. The ocean was 1/2 a block from the place, and that particular entrance wasn't overly packed either. Lots of restaurants, a great brewery, main tourist strip (5th) all SO close and convenient! The place across the street plays live music every night. Some nights were louder than others, but the music stopped at 10pm. The room off the balcony was not quiet enough for me/my 9pm bedtime, so I slept in the other room with my son, while my husband (a night owl) stayed in the room with the balcony. While this was not ideal, the other room offered near complete darkness and silence, so I was able to rest easily each night. :)

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was very spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable. Patio was very large, private. Huge TV. Rooftop pool and hot tubs were amazing with a lovely view of the ocean. Near many restaurants, shops and bars. Just a short walk (less than a block) down to the beach. Also a short walk (A couple of blocks) to 5th Avenue which is a paradise of restaurants, malls, shops, and services. Only critique was the loud band from across the street playing most of the day, but they stopped the music at 10pm, so it didn't interfere with sleeping hours.

Possibly the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in and we've stayed in a few across the world! Amazing location and stylish decor, every home comfort and so well equipped. Beautifulapartment complex with friendly staff and lovely clean roof top pool with views across playa and cozumel. Plenty of sun and shade. Beach literally a minute from the sofa! Great places to eat on Calle 38 (Amate 38 was amazing). The road is naturalistic with water features designed into the road and natural streams and pools next to restaurants with lots of friendly local wildlife like bats and raccoons! Oxxo and 7 Eleven mini Marts both 1 minute away and supermarket Chedraui (amazing!) about 7 mins walk away. 5 Ave just 4 min away. Alizee was the best host with lots of communication and advise and recommendations- her place truly is amazing and I'd love to return! Thank you for having us!!

We stayed with Alizee for a wonderful week in Playa del Carmen, her accommodation is very well located, everything is within walking distance (beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops). It is very spacious, everything works perfectly and you have many options, be on the terrace, go up to the pool, a comfortable stay and two large rooms. Highly recommended. Alize’s condo is right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen without all the noise. She really has thought of everything. You want for nothing. We found the 24hour concierge very helpful when renting a car or getting a taxi. You can really unwind here as soon as you step inside the building. It’s safe, clean, furnished beautifully and Alizee is quick to answer any of your questions or needs. It’s perfect!

Fabulous location with a superb host! This was my first time visiting Playa with my spouse and also celebrating my birthday. Less than 2 blocks to the beach and everything we wanted to experience on 5th Ave was within walking distance. We enjoyed amazing music from our balcony that coaxed us out into town, and plenty of shops and restaurants etc. nearby. My arrangements for the in-room couples massage was totally seamless, and Alizee made some fantastic local recommendations for activities. The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. We were never lacking towels! Honestly with so much to do, our favorite place ended up being the couch for our daily 2 naps lol. The only “incident” during our stay was the power went out for a few hours one day when we came back from the beach. This was NOT the host’s fault as it affected a few businesses on the block and I know power outages can happen in that part of the country. Alizee shone in this moment as a host and was incredibly communicative so we weren’t ever worried. Luckily the condo building prioritized reserve power so we still had ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms and the fridge still worked, just the living room was affected. Even the WiFi still worked We took a nap and went to dinner and it was resolved before we got back :) 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Alizee!

Alizee’s place is amazing and we absolutely recommend it. She is a great host and the condo was much larger than expected. The area you will be staying in is perfect for Playa. Great restaurants on calle 38 and even more on 5th and others right off the beaten path. We would love to stay at Miranda again and certainly in her condo.

Very nice apartment, unbeatable location.. Alize maintained good communication with me at all times. Overall, I had a very good experience. Perhaps the only thing I think I could improve is that for long stays, we change the towels every 2 ~ 3 days. It's a little hard to have to be taking them to the laundry and waiting for them to be ready to take a shower for example. It can potentially interrupt our plans, it's just a suggestion.

This place met and exceeded all my expectations. It’s a new, cozy two bedroom apartment with access to a rooftop pool. Fifth Avenue and the beach are literally waiting to be discovered a few steps away.

It's a 5-star home. The situation is perfect, very quiet and a 2-minute walk from 5th Avenue. The apartment is spacious and has all the comforts. The gym is quiet and the pool is spectacular. Alizée makes your stay easy and is always there when you need it. We would definitely repeat.

Hello potential guest, The truth is that the apartment is super well located. You have many gastronomic offers within walking distance of the apartment and you also have access to convenience stores (OXXO and 7 Eleven) very close to the apartment. Likewise, most importantly :), the apartment is one block from the beach and about two blocks from Playa Mamitas. The water on the beach was great!! In conclusion, the apartment is highly recommended.

Location, location, location! This condo is 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from 5th Avenue. The street is absolutely beautiful! Great restaurants, quiet street, close to everything. And the condo was perfect! Updated and spacious with plenty of room for us. Can’t forget the pool. A little smaller than I thought, but plenty of room. It was never crowded and the views were amazing. Alizee is a great host too! We were able to leave our bags in the condo since our flight landed so early. She was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. I wish I was still there, but I will definitely be returning. Muchas gracias!!

Amazing condo, much nicer than the pictures also very roomy. Checking in was easy and Alizee is a wonderful person full of good energy and vibes. I would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend staying in Miranda! The apartment is beautiful, super well decorated, with lots of light and everything you might need (internet, equipped kitchen, hammocks, beach chairs, etc.). It has an amazing location, next to the beach and the Quinta; with restaurants and shops 1 minute away.

Alizee's place is exactly what you read! There was absolutely nothing to complain about - location was perfect, the apartment was clean & safe, the amenities were great, the rooftop pool is a blessing when you need time away from people and sand :) There is SOOO much to do in Playa, and Alizee gave great recommendations when it came to restaurants and bars, as well as things to do around the neighborhood. It was our first time in Playa, but not our last. Although there are lots of tourists around, you can easily get away from 5th and the main beaches, and meander around the city. You'll find lots of cheap and delicious restaurants if you take some time away from the main attractions and get to know the 'local' Playa. Cannot brag enough about how happy we were with our vacation - THANK YOU ALIZEE!!!

This apartment is quite well located, far enough from the noise, but within distance to the 5th Ave and its restaurants and bars as well as to the beach. Could not get a better location. The apartment building is quite new, during our stay only the 2th floor (out of 5) was occupied. The beds are amazingly comfortable and our kids slept very well in the sofa-bed. The staff at the reception and the pool area were incredible !!! Alizee was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. We will come back to this same place on our next trip to Playa del Carmen for sure ;) Jeff

This apartment it s more that Wonderfull. My experience in this Airbnb was like a dream, and was part to have nice vacation in Playa. The apartment it s huge, totally new with a big modern kitchen. The decoration with a mix between modern and Mexican style, it s perfect. Its very very clean, the hight quality of the king- size beds , you feel like in a luxury hotel. The second room it s totally private with a private entrance, so it s perfect in family you can keep also some privacy. The roof top, I think that it s the most beautiful pool and sea view off all Playa del Carmen. All around the pool you have all the amanities to eat around or to relax. Its also included a gym that it s full equipped, and al the personal in the lobby are so nice and very helpful. We came with a car, and you have your private parking, and this it s a super luxe in the middle center of Playa del Carmen. The location it s also fantastic because the street 38th its the most interesting in the center, because you have a lot of vegetation and all the new restaurants near to this street. Alizee its perfect host, she explains us all the good tips of Playa del Carmen. How to say more, was my BEST experience ever in Airbnb, I recommend totally this location. Thank you again Alizée
