The Miranda condominium reception desk is open 24 hours a day and is staffed by security guards.

Alizee’s place was great. It’s an easy walk to the beach which sadly was washed out due to either high tide or whatever. Oxxo is just steps away and great to pick up water and snacks. Wonderful food places close by. Only negative is we get up early and sometimes like to watch a little news early in the morning. The only channel we had access to was Netflix. But that was such a minor part ( it actually was kinda nice not watching any news 😏). We definitely will stay there again.

This was our first time staying in Playa Del Carmen and Alizee's condos location is the best! You are so close to the beach and plenty of great options to eat. The condo is very spacious. Perfect for a family of four. Alizee was a super host responding quickly to my questions all week. We would totally stay here again!!

This is a nice unit and building in a great location. Gym and pool areas are great, and unit is stocked with helpful amenities. Balcony is nicely furnished, with chaise loungers and clothesline. Front desk staff were very helpful. I didn’t notice the electricity limit when I booked, but it’s worth noting that AC and electricity use have limits and you are charged for exceeding. As of yet we haven’t been informed of extra charges, so it may be an adequate allowance and just in place to incent good practices. Also worth noting, toilet paper is not to be flushed but rather put in the wastebasket. Seemed to be common request in restaurants, although not in other condos we stayed in/visited. This was a minor thing, but bothered some in our party. We loved listening to the live music across the street from our balcony and didn’t feel like the noise went so late as to be bothersome, but if you really like quiet, it may bother you. All in all, we were very happy with our stay here!

We really loved the condo, nicely furnished. Aleize got back to us very quickly with a couple of questions, I wish I would have read her recommendation’s earlier. They were spot on. She’s a doll!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for two couples. Very clean, great locations, lovely balcony, pool area was awesome. The only two things that need improvement are: The beach chairs were broken and there were only two ( should be at least 4 ) There should be at least two beach towels per guest and some extra bath towels We would definitely book with Alize again ~ she was very friendly and helpful!

Alizee's place was outstanding! Her check-in instructions were exact. The space is crisp, clean, and uncluttered. All linens, towels, and kitchen needs are there. Relaxing balcony. Awesome rooftop with pool, television, and ocean view. The condo was 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Avenue with various restaurants and dessert shops along the way. Close to 7-eleven stores for necessities and places to book your excursions. Alizee recommended a private taxi from the airport that was on time and reliable. I absolutely recommend this space. Bravo Alizee!
