Great stay. The apartment is great and as described in every way. The location is perfect. And the host is very responsive.

Meet all my expectations everything was fine

Condesa is a beautiful, safe neighborhood with so many parks! 2 minute walk to Metro is so convenient. Lots of quality restaurants and shops within 2 blocks. The rooftop pool and lounge are a wonderful retreat from the city. Having in-home laundry is great. The space is decorated very tastefully, and looks exactly like the photos. The master bedroom & bath is especially spacious. There are also bathrooms on the rooftop and on the ground floor, which is helpful with a large group. The concierge is friendly. Coffee shops one block away are good. This stay exceeded our expectations!

The apartment is well located, has parking, and spacious rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay. They forgot to put sheets in one room, but it was nothing that caused us any problems or that we couldn't resolve ourselves. 9/10 because, since it's a very large building, we had neighbors who were a bit party-oriented.

Another excellent stay, this time a short one night after our excellent previous stay of 5 nights (see other review).

The only thing I didn't like is that it's on the avenue and there's a lot of noise from cars in the early morning, but otherwise the apartment is excellent.

Great stay in a beautifully located flat in central Mexico City! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely rooftop pool—perfect for relaxing after a day out. We were steps away from some excellent restaurants, and transport links made it easy to explore the rest of the city. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The Serena Suites unit was just as pictured and described. The location was very walkable and felt safe. Finally, the host was easy to communicate with and attentive to us. Overall, we loved our stay there!

Everything about it was excellent

We felt truly great; the apartment is very well located near many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It is very comfortable and modern.

The apartment was spacious and everything was very clean. We appreciated that the place stayed naturally cool, so we didn’t need to use the air conditioning at all. However, please note that the beds in the children's rooms are relatively small and may not be suitable for children over the age of 15.

Visited for the start of the World Cup! The location is great, restaurants are very walkable, and the neighborhood felt active/safe. The unit was as described, and the host was responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. The rooftop pool & rec room were a major plus during downtime. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. It was a perfect homebase for our whirlwind Mexico City trip. Great Central location, amazing walkable neighborhood with fabulous restaurants and parks nearby. All the amenities you need while traveling.

I highly recommend Serena Suites, we had a great experience. Clean, comfortable apartment, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We had an issue with the tv and they were quick to respond. The neighborhood is beautiful, there are many places to eat nearby, which was very convenient.

Airbnb as described. Appreciated AC in rooms and fan in twin bed room sufficient for late April trip when cooled in the evening. Easy check in, and very responsive communication. Easy check out process, and cleaners even found my cpap mask and saved it for me. We didn’t use ammenties but were also very nice. Great location in middle of condessa and Roma Norte and right next to the beautiful parks.

Great stay. Easy, walkable neighborhood. Responsive staff, nice amenities and comfortable beds. When we had an issue with hot water they were immediately responsive and it was fixed.

An accommodation I would love to stay at again

The apartment was great, but the neighborhood was incredible: restaurants, coffee shops and parks everywhere! Our hosts responded immediately and helpfully to our needs. I would return to Serena Suites anytime.

this was a cute cozy place. The communication was great and super walkable to coffee shops and restaurants! The apartment is next to a night club so it can get a bit loud on the weekends but if you’re not a light sleeper this shouldn’t be a problem! Overall we had a great experience!

This air bnb was lovely! It was a great location and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and we were even able to drop bags until our check in time. It's close to so many parks, transportation, shopping and cafes. Would definitely stay again!

Location is key! A lot to see and do in the area while also being in the middle of some additional great markets and towns. The rooftop pool was also amazing with great views and relaxing environment. Doormen were all very welcoming and nice. My only complaint was one of the rooms did not have AC so it was super hot from the afternoon sun- but we managed.

Really nice and clean. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bedding, lots of extra pillows and blankets in the cabinets, and the air conditioning works great. The area was safe with lots of non-threatening police presence. The area itself was really clean. Big, beautiful, clean dog park a couple of blocks away. Grocery stores, convenience stores, delicious restaurants and Cafes all within blocks. Made a return customer out of me. 100% recommend.

A conveniently located apartment with great security and a pool! The hosts were very responsive and had most the amenities that we needed. I would recommend bringing your own hand towels as they only had large body towels after you get out of the shower. Very close to restaurants, ice cream, shops, wine, shops, bars, and easily accessible to multiple parts of this city because it is on a busy street! We will be staying there again.

Excellent interior design that invites relaxation, it is elegant and comfortable. Super clean and very well-located. Parking, swimming pool, common game room with pool table. Everything was great!!👌🏼

Serena Suites was perfect for our family getaway. We traveled with our two young kids and their grandparents. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The ensuite bathroom was nice and big. The shared bathroom was a bit small and shower was a bit tight but we made it work. The rooftop is a nice additional space to lounge in the sun, play pool or go for a swim on a hot day. Perfect location in walking distance to a ton of restaurants, big park with a playground and shops.

Great flat on 4th floor of a large block - well laid out, and spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Location was ok - very close to Condesa (around the corner) but on a main road so could be quite noisy. Lovely to have the pool available on the top floor - slightly heated so very comfortable. Overall would recommend.

Loved our stay in this condo and in Condesa. Fabulous, walkable location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Such a great space! The bedrooms and living room were nicely decorated and spacious. We loved having a gym and pool/ lounge area to enjoy. It’s centrally located with a doorman which was super convenient. The owners were really helpful and ensured we had a great stay.

Great location, many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only downside is the mobile AC units. Noisy. Besides that, all great.

We're a family of 6 and the place was just the right size for us. Many restaurants within walking distance and Parque Mexico is right around the corner. Host was prompt and efficient on any minor issues we might have had. Overall, the location is great, the apartment was very nice and comfortable and the host gracious. On a side note, we didn't expect it to be so warm in November so we were so glad to have an AC. Would definitely rent this apartment again.

we really enjoyed our stay. Very well located walking distance to lots of activities, shops, and restaurants to explore. And the apartment fit our party of five quite well in terms of space. The pictures made the apartment look a little bit more luxury than it actually was but everything worked well and was very comfortable. The front master bedroom was a little bit loud with the window open at night when sleeping. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We didn’t cook while we were there, but if you were going to cook, it didn’t seem like there was much cooking equipment .

A great place to stay for a visit to Mexico City! Central to a lot of great food and the park. Four of us stayed here very comfortably and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay with Serena Suites! In the middle of the trip we had a small issue with the ac and host responded immediately with a new unit. The location is safe and very walkable. Host was great and we plan on returning next year!!

We were 3 friends traveling and the apartment with 3 bed, 2 bath was perfect. Great food just around the corner, subway and public transport across the door. Very safe building and easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend staying here and will consider it again upon my next trip. Thank you for the great service.

Fantastic location close to Parque Mexico, Roma Norte, etc. Hosts were very helpful coordinating check in, offering recommendations, and answering questions quickly. Highly recommend

We stayed at this place for one night. The apartment is very clean and has very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen is well-equipped with the necessary kitchenware and utensils. I love that this place has an in unit washer and dryer, and best of all, the host provides you with detergent to do your laundry. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and pharmacies in this area. It felt safe walking around this neighborhood. A big plus or not (depending on your perspective) about this area is that there is a bus station right in front of the building where this apartment is located. Over all, my family and I had a great time at this place.

We stayed for one week with our one year old. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Communication was consistent and proactive. We had a great time.

Great stay, exactly what we needed for a weekend in CDMX!

I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Condesa. The walkability of the neighborhood was wonderful. We really enjoyed the proximity to gorgeous parks and so many restaurants. I could have stayed longer without ever needing to leave the immediate area. The beds were so comfortable, and having the washer and dryer there made it feel like home. Our hosts were very responsive anytime we had a question and all our needs were met.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Every room was immaculate, and my children felt safe when they were out. My daughter found the public transportation system easy to use, and there was always an Uber nearby. The security guards at the front desk were always friendly and helpful Rosalia was welcoming and answered my questions within minutes.

The place was super comfortable and spacious. It's very well situated, near to lots of restaurants and shops. We had a great stay. I will recommend it!

Located in a fantastic location between the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods. The beautiful Parque Mexico is nearby and there is a lovely tree lined walking path one street over there which is a great way too navigate the neighborhood. The location and security of this building are excellent. For those who like a more homey stay, the condos are comfortable, but a little impersonal.

The communication with our host was very timely and always helpful. The guards at the building were very nice and welcoming (and yet still secure).

Just an awesome cozy place to stay and explore the area of Condesa. The hosts are quick to respond and understanding. Our flight arrived at 4am and we were able to access the building at that time. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Lots to do in the area and within walking distance; we did not have time to experience the pool. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment near the Condesa neighborhood is well located -- right around the corner from the building are beautiful, tree-lined streets and lots of restaurants and shops. (The apartment is close to supermarket, which is really helpful since the apartment has a more and adequate kitchen and washer/dryer.) The apartment itself is roomy - 3 bed/, 2 bath, and our family of 4 had more than enough room and towels. The building has 24 hour security and feels very safe. The owners of this apt are very communicative, helpful and proactive. I appreciated their quick responses and explanations when I had a question. There was one time when I needed clarification with something, and the owner called me directly, within moments of my asking, and it felt good to know that someone was ready to help me, any time, in an unfamiliar place. I would recommend them any time. P.S. Serena Suites lists a number of local places on their Website, and it's very helpful.

Stunning Airbnb, just as described. Walkable to many locations and most importantly very safe. Our family enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and spacious for our group. We will definitely book again!

We had two small families traveling together and the condo was great for us. We enjoyed everything about the space, layout, amenities, location, security, etc.

Great apartment. Very well equipped and nicely furnished. Location is great. Building is nice and has great amenities. Only drawback is that it seems to be a building with a lot of Airbnb’s so you may get a rowdy neighbor (or not). Would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay, but unfortunately was cut short due to health reasons and we had to leave unexpectedly. Hosts were great and very understanding of our situation accommodating our needs.
