The Space
This centrally located three-bedroom apartment is just two blocks from the renowned Amsterdam Street Nature Circuit. The surrounding streets are filled with upscale restaurants and cafés, while museums, parks, and cultural attractions are all within walking distance.
The apartment accommodates up to six guests with:

A very nice place. Everything is very modern. The only thing we found was a lot of hair on the bed in the master bedroom, which is very unpleasant.

Our family (four kids under the age of 12) had an enjoyable stay here. The minimalist apartment makes it easy to keep clean. The host, Rosalia, was highly responsive and stocks the apartment with everything you need, and nothing you don’t. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and met a couple nice neighbors. The neighborhood is great and being 2 blocks away from major subway and bus lines provided lot of options for exploring CDMX. One of our kids got his toe smashed in the outside elevator and required an emergency room visit. The building and Rosalia showed care and investigated the issue, but as of our departure, it’s unclear if the elevator design will be remedied to minimize repeat occurrences. We also had a WiFi outage (and wireless data coverage can be spotty inside of the building). This lasted for most of one day and traced back to the Internet company. Rosalia was again on top of this for us, and it was outside of her or the building’s control.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was in a lovely walkable location, had a secure entrance, nice gym, and clean spacious unit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Condesa is a beautiful, safe neighborhood with so many parks! 2 minute walk to Metro is so convenient. Lots of quality restaurants and shops within 2 blocks. The rooftop pool and lounge are a wonderful retreat from the city. Having in-home laundry is great. The space is decorated very tastefully, and looks exactly like the photos. The master bedroom & bath is especially spacious. There are also bathrooms on the rooftop and on the ground floor, which is helpful with a large group. The concierge is friendly. Coffee shops one block away are good. This stay exceeded our expectations!
