We had an amazing stay at Caliza Roma. Our room was beautiful, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was great and the staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting CDMX.

Overall, enjoyed our stay here. We had a girls trip with 7 of us. Loved the beds available - there was sufficient space for all of us and the rooms were spacious. The place was clean, felt safe and secure, spacious. It was very conveniently located! Many great restaurants and shops were nearby and within walking distance. We felt safe walking everywhere. There is also a convenience store at the corner, which was useful for when snacks or drinks were needed. Each room had an AC unit (although it was cool when we visited despite it being August). It rained while we visited and water leaked through the patio door; however, staff was very responsive and offered solutions. Something to be mindful of: the walls are thin and noise traveled easily. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. We could hear the traffic and honking outside, as well as our neighbors and when someone was on our floor.

The location was amazing right at the center of Roma Norte in Mexico City! We walked the entire weekend to restaurants and activites in the area. The Airbnb was also very comfortable with a good number of beds, nice bathroom, and living space. Also included filtered water seperately from the kitchen tap so we had drinking water.

This location was the perfect spot for us. It was in the middle of everything. The security there was great! We will definitely be back

We had a great stay! The place looked exactly like the photos, wasclean, and was easy to access. The location was one of the best parts, right in the heart of Roma Norte. There are 24/7 convenience stores, taco vendors, bars, and restaurants just steps from the building. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Tasman is in a great location. My group walked all over Roma Norte and Zona Rosa. We only had to take a couple Ubers to get to other places. The A/C units in each bedroom were amazing. This place fit all of our needs and we would definitely stay here again on a return trip. In addition the hosts were very communicative and proactive with messaging.

We only stayed for one day and one night, but we had a great experience. The Airbnb was amazing and very comfortable. We especially loved that every room had its own AC unit. Even when the AC wasn’t needed much, the house stayed surprisingly cool and comfortable. The location was excellent and convenient for everything we needed. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The only thing worth noting is that parking is very limited. Larger vehicles may not fit, and finding a parking spot can sometimes be difficult. However, we were still able to park our car, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

I had been planning this trip for years, and my experience in Mexico City was unforgettable. A big part of that was our stay here. The staff was incredible from start to finish, and our room was spotless upon arrival. The space felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and even the air quality inside felt fresh and refreshing after a day exploring the city. There was a small miscommunication regarding our checkout time. We had understood there was an option to check out before 11:00 AM while still receiving some flexibility, but we later learned that benefit is only available to guests who book directly through the property’s website. Despite the misunderstanding, the staff remained professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Overall, this is one of the best places you could stay when visiting Mexico City. The location, cleanliness, and exceptional service made for an outstanding experience, and I would gladly stay here again on a future trip to CDMX.

It was a great location with lots of great restaurants and nice spots that were within walking distance. The place was well maintained and clean. They did housekeeping every 2 days which was nice.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The location was excellent. It was very walkable with plenty of great restaurants nearby, especially ones we had seen recommended on social media. The area felt safe, and getting around was easy. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear and detailed instructions. We also appreciated the friendly desk staff, which added to the overall positive experience. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listings. The photos were accurate and set the right expectations. The air conditioners in all of the bedrooms worked great, which made a big difference, and the balconies were a really nice bonus. The only small suggestions we would make would be to include paper towels in the kitchen and possibly add a toaster for convenience. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d happily stay here again.

We had an awesome experience at this Airbnb for a group of 6 people! We had to last minute booking after a bad experience with another Airbnb and they gave us remote access promptly. It was right next to a matcha spot we had both mornings. They were also very nice about accommodating a late check out. Recommend!!!

Our stay in Ciudad de México was amazing! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything. The host was super responsive and made check-in so easy. The area was perfect to get to everything we needed to. It’s located right next to the best matcha shop in CDMX and conveniently located next to a 7Eleven. Most of the things we wanted to see and do were anywhere from 5-20 mins of a walk which was perfect for our group. Perfect place to stay if you’re traveling with a group.

Been using Airbnb for years but this is my first review as i feel it truly deserved it. This place was clean, functional, and comfortable. The hosts were communicative and responsive. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great location to walk and find places to eat. Would stay here again, thank you!

Great place to stay and affordable price

This was a great location and awesome layout for groups. The balconies were great. Well stocked kitchen. There was so much to do around the area and felt relatively safe. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing that wasn’t great was that the washer/dryer combo did not actually dry your clothes, so we had to hang everything on the balcony to dry. I also wish they gave us more washcloths but I’m sure if I asked they would have.

We had a great stay here. The location was right in the heart of things, but also felt peaceful and was quiet at night. There are tons of great restaurants, cafes, and parks within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well set up. We would be happy to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was very clean, extremely spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. There were seven of us, and honestly, there was enough room for three families to comfortably do a group trip together. Safety was a huge plus, I felt very, very safe and comfortable, even at night. The customer service was outstanding. Every question or need I had was handled immediately, which made the stay completely stress-free. The location is unbeatable, walkable to everything with great restaurants nearby. Having a 7-Eleven downstairs was incredibly convenient for last-minute essentials, and the pharmacy just down the street was another bonus. And the matcha stand right by the entrance? 10/10. Do not skip it get a matcha every time you’re there. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

DEFINITELY A VERY NICE PLACE, IF YOU TRAVEL WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS IT IS PERFECT FOR THE NUMBER OF BEDS AND SPACE, YOU CAN WALK AND FIND MANY RESTAURANTS AND PLACES OF INTEREST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE HOST WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.

The location was key for me! Very walkable with a lot of restaurants and points of interest nearby. The amount of beds and rooms were also great for my reservation for 6. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Even when we experienced the earthquake in January 2, 2026 the staff was very helpful in guiding with protocols and directing us to the meeting point.

We had an amazing stay at Caliza Roma Residences by Tasman. Our group of five was super comfortable — the space is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The beds were great, the AC worked perfectly, and the apartments felt even nicer in person than in the photos. The location is ideal: right in Roma, close to great restaurants, cafés, and everything you want to explore. The building felt very safe and quiet, and the common areas were well maintained. Check-in was smooth, communication was fast and friendly, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay and even held onto our luggage before check-in and after check-out until we had to leave for the airport. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting CDMX!

The accommodation was clean and it was nice that it was in a location where you could walk to Korean restaurants and the main tourist attractions. The host's response was also good, so it was a place I wanted to come back to.

Overall the accommodation is good, cozy facilities but there are two details to point out: - The walls look dirty, stained, chipped... I think some maintenance is needed to improve the appearance of the premises. - If you are a person who can't sleep with noise, it's not the ideal option. At 5:00 am (weekdays) the noise of cars begins and weekends (Friday and Saturday) approximately 1:00 am, motorcycles, music, shouting etc, which does not allow you to rest. If that detail does not cause inconvenience, the attention of the staff and location is very good.

Perfect, we'll be back.

Wonderful stay, I will 100% return!

Stayed here with 6 friends for 5 days. First time in CDMX and had a great time. It’s in a prime location for getting around (bikes nearby, transit 2 mins away). So many great restaurants, cafes and parks nearby. Place was super clean had lots of space and balconies. Beds were also super comfortable and there was lots of space for everyone’s things. Didn’t get to use the spa but it looked great. I’m a runner and loved running down Reforma which was not far away. Wish there was a gym! 10/10 though.

Excellent location

This is an apartment hotel. The apartments are nicely laid out and have just about everything you need. The fixtures are fittings are a bit cheap. Everything feels like it might break. And the whole set up was very commercial. If you asked to get into the place early then it would be in return for a fee. And there was an envelope on the desk asking for a tip. So it lacked a bit of charm. That said, it was in a great location and we had a good stay. I wouldn't advise against staying. But I'm not sure it's quite worth the premium price tag.

The location in Roma Norte couldn’t be better! The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to many local attractions. The team at Tasman is very friendly and attentive. Everything from check-in and check out was very easy and efficient. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and was very comfortable for our group.

I travel a lot to Mexico City for business and usually stayed in Polanco but now that I found this beauty, definitely would stay every time I travel to Mexico City

Great location and beautiful establishment. Loved the wonderful smell as soon as you walk into the love. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a great experience, its too bad we were only there for a couple of days or else I would have taken advantage of the spa offerings.

What a beautiful place to stay while in Mexico City! In the heart of the Roma Norte neighborhood which was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. This is a fantastic place for co-working, since every bedroom has its own desk and the WiFi was fast and reliable. In fact, it was faster WiFi than I have at home in NYC 🤣 so it made working a breeze. The kitchen sink has a special tap for purified water which was also helpful, since we wanted to be extra careful as foreigners to not get sick from the water. The bedrooms and living space were huge and there were 3 outdoor patios accessible from the home! We also liked the key code system for getting in the building and rooms, so you don’t have to worry about carrying a key around. I will definitely be staying here for future trips to CDMX!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Caliza Roma! The location was great, stores and restaurants were within walking distance. It was also located within walking distance to the Angel of Independence. The location was accessible and felt safe and secured. The house itself was also very beautiful and spacious! I was worried about there not being AC but the cool breeze at night made for a good nights rest. If you are looking into a stay around the Roma Norte area look no further. Host and staff were very responsive to any questions or needs. We would definitely love to return soon!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Mexico City. A wonderful location that’s central to everything - wonderful restaurants, nightlife, and destinations, and the perfect-sized accommodation for a party of 6. The hosts were incredibly proactive and responsive, and the street noise wasn’t terribly disruptive by any means. We’d absolutely stay here again.
