3BR House in Mexico City

Great location, and the people were very friendly. The building was also easy to access. Unfortunately, the Airbnb itself was pretty rundown and significantly less clean and well-maintained than the photos suggested. The floors were dirty, the furniture was stained and chipped, and there were stains throughout the apartment. It was also quite dark, and the fans were very loud. We lost use of the elevators and electricity for a day, as well as Wi-Fi for one of the days. Overall, the location was great, but the photos represented a much nicer and cleaner apartment than what we experienced.

The Airbnb was overall as described. However, the power went out halfway through our stay and it didn’t come back until check out. We lost power in all of the bedrooms and half the bathrooms. The lights, the ac, and fans stopped working in the bedrooms. Also the fridge, microwave, and WiFi stopped working due to the power outage. We were told the power would come back that evening but that became the rest of the stay. It was also very inconvenient that the elevators stopped working especially since we were on the 5th floor with a baby and a toddler.
